The location is perfect with a shopping center across the road. The rooms are huge, the kitchen is well equipped and very spacious, the bathrooms are spacious. The apartment is on the top floor so its very quiet and the aircon works really well.

We loved the accommodation. Communication with host was incredible as they would answer within 15mins. Right across the road from the shops. Would definitely stay again.

The host allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. It was handy to where we needed to be.

The balcony was filthy - covered in bird poo. The unit was up 4 x flights of stairs, which we didn't know - had to lug a 20kg suitcase up and down those stairs. Only 2 towels in total supplied. Not much in the way of kitchen cooking equipment supplied. Window sills dirty. Blankets on beds stained.

location of unit and key was hard - Beds were not comfortable and linen was poor quality we would stay again but take our own linen. booked this with elderly family and was unaware of the amount of steps for them.... this wasn't ideal

This was our second stay here. We enjoy the spaciousness of the apartment and it is very handy to the shopping centre.

It would be really nice to have balcony furniture (instead of 1 flimsy camp chair). We both would have liked to sit out on the balcony in the evening. There is still no wine glasses in the kitchen and the beds are way too hard (like sleeping on concrete 😩).

Day of check in a detailed description of where and how to get the keys, code and parking were texted along with photos. The apartment was clean, tidy and equipped with all our needs including a simple breakfast (bread, raisin bread, butter, milk, coffee, sugar and tea) 3 bedrooms all have comfortable beds (king, queen and double) with plenty of extra bedding if needed. Air conditioning in lounge and 2 bedrooms, 2 balcony’s, bathroom with washer and dryer, ensuite, both bathrooms have plenty of shampoo/conditioner/body wash, fully functioning kitchen with dishwasher. Central to all of Forest Lake shopping centre. Felt very safe and secure.

Absolutely everything, perfect position - it was close to the local shopping center and and take always all within 5mins drive. There was also the local lake which we used to take pictures for the wedding photos.
