Break fast is ok but noted cockroach on food. Getting bit upset with the cleanliness although looks ok overall. Need to improve hygiene significantly.

Generally all is not well.. or below average

Dolls House size cups, glasses and plates. Needed to keep asking staff for milk, sugar, tissues, as things ran out. Did not like the QR code stickers all over the room. Inconvenient. Is printing and sticking these really greener than a recyclable menu, phone list etc>

Breakfast room was clean and buffet was enough for Asian and European travelers. Coffee was tasteless but its OK. All receptionists were very helpful especially DEO . He was great help to me. His English was very good and his professional skill was great . Thank you DEO . Lobby area was very clean and welcoming. I also liked free live music performance in front of the hotel entrance.

Little bit disappointed with bedroom . Not very comfortable bed , not very clean sheets. There were lots of black marks on bed sheets and bathroom towels . Beige colored bathroom towels gives dirty feeling .
