At check in Brianna was wonderful…kind and very helpful. Hotel was nice and clean but our king size bed was older than dirt! Metal base and you could feel every spring in the mattress! The pillows were the size of throw pillows and not any better than the mattress! Needless to say, NO sleep that night at all!!!

Nice hotel at a fair price. Clean and quiet on the inside, but the back side of the hotel faces I-10 and is quite noisy at night. A new restaurant (Texas Roadhouse) is almost complete just outside the backside of this hotel. This will be a great feature to area but is going to create more noise and congestion to an already dense area. If your a light sleeper this will be a bother.

I booked a room here through Expedia, price was reasonable and much less than where I usually stay. I was in a room facing the interstate so I heard a bit of traffic but not too bad. The bed was very firm and difficult for me to get comfortable on. This hotel is tucked away just a bit from the main road and a Texas Roadhouse steak house is under construction currently. Naturally construction starts early if you get the drift.

The property itself is a little old, but everything inside was very clean and staff is excellent! Housekeeping was wonderful to us, and the sweet little lady who manages the breakfast bar is the friendliest and kindest lady! She made certain that the hot items on the breakfast bar were continuously stocked and HOT. Excellent service!

One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. The bed was comfortable and the water heated up quickly in the shower (this has been an issue with recent trips).

This place is a little older but nice. Staff was nice and it is right next to a Dollar General which was convenient. Continental breakfast was a bit sparse but you have lots of Waffle Houses near by. I would stay here again.

Check in was easy, hotel was in nice shape, and right off the highway. The only thing that bothered me is the walls are thin and I could hear the television in the next room. It was bothersome at 10 pm.

This is a nice little tuck away property. The staff was fantastic and friendly. There's a lot of construction around so traffic is terrible almost all the time. I can't wait to visit again when the construction is done.

Room was comfortable and we were allowed to check in an hour early. There was a $50 deposit ( hold) placed on my credit card and it was removed at checkout.

The hotel was great except for a dirty and sticky chair that I sat in that had not been cleaned and a few bugs in my room. Other than these minor issues the rest of the stay was great.

This was the best stay I have had in Crestview. Super clean, lots of room. I can not praise them enough. Breakfast was great and clean area. Employees super nice.
First room had not been cleaned and were super about changing and giving a clean room. Some construction behind hotel, but was not noisey or loud. I would stay again.

The property was exceptionally clean and maintained. Our room was in very close proximity to the parking area. The breakfast had different hot choices along with many options for the three days that we were guests. A housekeeper was always available for little incidentals like extra towels, etc. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

My car was hit in the parking lot (a hit and run) and this hotel couldnt review the footage of the time i stayed at this hotel to assist me in finding out who hit my car! I dont live in this area and i went to the lady on duty the day i saw the damage. She said she didnt know how to operate the cameras. She said call back and talk go this other guy. I did. He wasnt in and i left my contact information. Never heard from him! I wont be staying at this hotel again!
