Nice, economical place to stay on our way to New Orleans.

When we got to the room, the sheets were dirty, the front desk. Seth was very helpful and provided us with new sheets. The beds were not that comfortable, what was very unfortunate was the next day for breakfast. There was not enough breakfast for everyone. There seem to have been a problem with some keys And the only breakfast was a couple of sausages and a little bit of eggs. There was no yogurt no milk and The juices were not refilled. Many people did not eat breakfast because there was nothing left, and there was visible annoyance, and the food was cold, part of the reason we picked this hotel was because it had breakfast included

First room pulled the sheets back black dog hair all in the sheets. Second room was a little better. Had to go and ask for towels since there was only one in the room. Next morning took over 10 minutes to get warm water and the shower handle was falling off and the water faucet was also loose and falling off. And the toilet paper holder would pull right out of the wall!!!

Had to wait to check in so the attendant could finish her phone conversation with her mother.
Breakfast was absolute garbage.
Eggs smelled awful, orange juice was only that in color, taste was terrible. No butter for toast, or waffles.
Waffle area was disgusting…. All in all, this place is being held together with bandaids, needs actual maintenance people, not the owner buying items at the dollar store to make repairs……
If it’s an emergency, I’d say this place is ok, but not even close to worthy of the money being charged to stay….

Not good. Loud, thin walls. Fire alarm kept beeping had to deal with that. NO HOT WATER IN SHOWER. and room service never came and cleaned room…. People at the desk were very nice and helped out a lot. Nothing bad to say about them. I won’t stay here again. Back to trustworthy Hampton Inns

We stayed for a month at this hotel. It was clean, inviting and the staff really made us feel at home, going above and beyond. The lobby was very homie and welcoming. We were there on business and it was nice to have a place we could take our dog. The front desk manager, Rochelle, is one of the hardest working and people I’ve ever met. What a great stay!

This place rated up at the top of the worse places I have ever stayed at. The toilet leaked, only 2 towels, 2 wash cloth, no bath mat, holes in the wall in the hall, no hat water in the sink. Breakfast wasn’t good. There was not one good thing about this hotel.

Very disappointed. Booked at king room, upon arrival there were no king room rooms available. Was given a double queen handicap room.
The bathroom only had 1 towel. I had to ask for additional towels and was given 1 towel.
The remote to the tv was missing, had to ask front desk for a remote.
The handicap shower floor was cracked in several places. The shower head was cracked, spraying water out the side. Even with instruction on operating the shower temperature, temperature was hard to control.

We actually ended up getting a 2nd room the day we checked in as my son and Fiancé decided to stay, the rooms were like night and day. 108 was a good room, while 123 should not even be used at all so much is wrong with it starting with roaches, broken shower handle and not to mention we were put in a handicap accessible room which was not what was reserved or needed. I can go on, but mention it to the front desk who simply said “I apologize and will let Management know”. What happened to your satisfaction sign? Definitely not abiding by your promise of making things right.

For the price, it was sufficient. We checked in late and there were no towels, at all in the room. They could only give us two because that’s how many they had available. There was old food left in the refrigerator. We could hear everything going on in the rooms around us.

I had a good stay at the Quality Inn, there was just some craftsmanship issues with the room. Not problems, but weird baseboards and stuff not lining up or having gaps, crooked tv, but the room was clean. I had a room with a door to connect to the adjacent room, and unfortunately I could hear all of their conversations, coughing, all of it. It’s a good place for a really quick stay.

Was not happy at all. Drunks sleeping in the lobby chairs. People going in and out of thier rooms ALL HOURS of the night got no sleep at. Did not feel safe there with my kids. This hotel will be run down in no time with all rif raff they allow in there. Breakfast was horrible and harldy ever out. I left and checked in at a Holiday inn express.

The property and room were in great shape. The staff was nice. I got in late and left early so I didn't use any of the amenities offered. I would stay here again.

Upon unpacking our stuff realized the smoke detector was ripped off wall. In order for my door to close I had to use the dead bolt or the door would just push open. There was no light in bathroom and when the front desk girl came with lightbulb it was the wrong bulb and she said its all she had. We were tired and over driving or I would have left and fought for a return of our money.

Got to our first room the door would not lock. The security lock was also broken. Moved rooms and that door would not lock either had go back down to the desk again and she came to reset the door thank goodness we noticed it didn’t lock because someone else tried to get in our room at 2am and we continued to hear them opening other doors all down the hall. There was also a dirty wash rag in the shower and no shampoo, conditioner, or soap in the room. The elevator smelt like weed and had feces on the floor. Breakfast was crowded with homeless people loading up their plates then heading out the front door. That reminds me we saw a lady with a shopping cart go to a room across the hall then ping pong room to room checking to see what doors where unlocked and entered a room one time coming out with a donut in hand from some else’s room. The fact all the rooms are unlocked means you have no idea who has laid in your bed before you got there. I’m wondering if the quality Inn is actually the Crestview homeless shelter.

Missing smoke detector, wire hanging out of wall. Lights not working. Had to slam doors closed due to misalignment. Front desk was unmanned every time we went down. We had to call from our cells to ask for the room to be cleaned. Missing soap and shampoo from dispensers. Trash laying in the hall for 4 days. 80% of the channels on the TV were unavailable. The water in the shower took literally 20 minutes to get hot every time you turned it on.

An average chain motor inn. Room was clean and comfortable. Paper products were a bit flimsy. NO HOT WATER! That is a deal breaker. Will not be returning.

Overall great value for money. Clean, very comfortable mattress and pillows, great breakfast selection - better than expected.
The only negative was shower hot water was barely hot - more like warm.
Note: Road construction in front and beside hotel (not their fault) - a bit confusing when entering at night.

minor issues: door would not lock and then once it was corrected the key cards did not work. Went to desk to reset the key cards and they still didn't work, so we just used a buddy system to ensure one of us would be available to open the door. TV remote did not work; had to go to desk twice to get a working remote. Other than that, the hotel was clean and quiet.

Oh my where to begin. First time ever staying in a dog friendly hotel room.
The floor had chew marks, the bed comforter had big holes in it.
The shower faucet handle was so loose you had to hold with both hands to adjust the water temp. The walls were so thin I could hear my neighbor coughing as well as running water and flushing the toilet.
The breakfast buffet, Was not a buffet. 3 items!!! We stayed 6 nights too long. We saw 1 yes 1 staff member the entire week. Never once did we see a cleaning person. We have stayed in Crestview for 7 years now and first time in the hotel and definitely the last. All around terrible!

The lobby is well maintained and presents a good image. Some areas in other parts of the hotel have worn carpets. The room my son and I stayed in was perfectly fine for the 2 of us but the toilet didn't flush consistently.

The personal coffee maker in the rooms is so old school and I couldn't get a second cup to brew until the base "cooled off" I guess. The coffee packages looked like they were aged from all the wrinkles, no condiment pkgs were in my room either. An upgrade would be in keeping up with other hotels.

This hotel is filthy. We checked in, looked at the room, and immediately went down to talk to the check-in clerk and let him know that we would not be staying and asked for a refund. THREE weeks later, I am still battling hotels.com & the hotel to get my refund. BUY BEWARE!

I had to leave in the middle of the night due to a roach infestation. I called customer relations and no one has got back in contact with me about a refund for this room. When leaving there was no staff st the front desk to speak with as well.
