Nice just wish rooms had their own microwave having to walk to go to common area to use microwave was annoying I know yawl make enough money for every room to have their own microwave!!! Oh and laundry site too

The hotel looked newer or recently remodeled. But the upkeep was subpar. As compared to other holiday inns;
1. Floor was sticky
2. Table in room had something big spilled on it that wasn't wiped Bed was overly soft
3. One of the pillows smelled really bad.
4. Floor and curtains had a lot of stains.
5. Bathroom had set up for vent, but no vent.
6. Bathroom tub wasnt draining stood ankle deep in water during quick shower.
7. There was signs of disrepair, holes in wallpaper, mold intub.
8. Toilet paper holder was hanging off wall.
Sad to see hotel isn't being kept up like other holiday inn.

I stayed for a little over a week at the hotel and i can say the service there was amazing! Every question i had was answered clearly and i was helped whenever needed. There was minor issues with the room, there was stains on the wall, floor, and curtains. There was also a crack in the wall that had been sealed in the shower. It concerned me at first but after seeing that the bedsheets and towels were thoroughly cleaned I felt a lot more comfortable in my room. I do recommend staying here, it’s also walking distance to a handful of restaurants and convenience stores so you always have something to eat or snack on if you don’t want to or can’t travel far.

We did not have a shower curtain. Our door keypad did not work and no one could fix it so someone had to stay in the room at all times or we would be locked out of our room. The housekeeping manager informed us and other concerned paying customers that she did not have food in the back to put out. No eggs, yogurt, bagels, etc. She herself was kind but couldn't fix the problem. Only one person took a shower and there was no hot water only room temp. I left my phone number at the front desk for the manager that we were not allowed to talk to on the weekend because they were not working and did not receive a phone call today even though we were told they would be in at 6:30 am. I waited for a phone call in hopes to recieve help and now I am writing this review at 7:30 pm on Monday evening even though our stay ended Sunday morning.

The bathroom sink was clogged and didn't drain. The room refrigerator was turned off so it was hot and would not cool down. The breakfast tables were all shakey. Just needs some general maintenance with some attention to detail.

This is a good hotel to stay at if you have a super early flight its nice and clean and comfy and i liked the shower with no tub the staff was very friendly

Water leaking from the ceiling, thermostat did not work and the heat would not kick off, was nearly cooked to death. I complained nicely and nothing was done about it.

The staff were wonderful. My room clean and quiet. There was a mouse incident in the staff hallway with a lot of screaming. I am not sure I would recommend the complimentary breakfast.

The staff is very kind and helpful, they definitely go above and beyond for their guest. The shuttle was outside waiting for us as walked out of baggage claim. We didn’t have to wait. Same departing the hotel.

Nice enough hotel, nothing fancy. It was fairly clean, seemed like it could use some freshening up. For example, replacing cracked tiles, broken door frames, loose hardware, chipped paint, etc.

It was convenient for my needs as far as location and I was able to walk to things that we’re located near the hotel.

We checked in around 10pm. The front desk gentleman was quick, friendly and efficient. Had a problem with our heat in the room and he quickly moved us.

Amazing continental breakfast! Oddity was finding "I see you" written on shower glass by previous occupant-so assuming interior of glass shower stall was not properly cleaned.
