The room was great and king bed comfortable. The breakfast was great and didn't get name of the lady taken care of it, but she was great. The morning clerk to check in and out seemed to either absent or on her phone. Someone had to find her a couple times while I was eating breakfast.

Daughter accidentally left het make up brushes in bathroom along with a phone charger. Was able to get phone charger back but make up brushes were "not found" so they say. Why do people gave to be so dishonest?

It was o e night only but very comfortable the stay. It is a close airport hotel and it has a good breakfast very varied .Front desk very attentive and very quiet hotel for resting and you can go around by car so close. I really recommend the bed was good and everything clean and we will come back

Hotel has everything you could possibly need. Nice area in the lobby to gather with friends, decent workout facility, and room was big and comfy.

We arrived late and the front desk lady was very helpful. The room was clean and comfy. But the soap dispensers in bathroom was really hard to use and the handle in bathroom was dropped by itself. I think the more eco friendly way in hotel management is totally good, but those squeezing bottles are not practical for guests.

This is a nice hotel and convenient to airport and not far from downtown Columbus. The rooms were OK but the walls are thin and you hear everything above you like heavy walking.

I Love these hotels because you dont have to worry about excessive amounts of bedskirts and curtains to hold germs. No carpet so floors are easier for staff to keep clean. Staff is cheerful and the main level usually has comfortable chairs and a pool table, perfect for socializing if you choose.

This property is a go-to for reliable, clean, convenient travel in and out of John Glenn Int’l Airport in Columbus. We appreciate the complementary and always timely airport shuttle — one of the few hotels providing this service, morning, noon and night. The showers boast great water pressure and truly hot and cold water. Thank you!
Not a fan of the lack of daily complementary water for each of our guests, nor the lack of hard boiled eggs (for breakfast on-the-run) or freshly prepared oatmeal as available at other Tru properties we have stayed it. They all would be appreciated.

Loved this hotel! My only complaint would be the noise. I felt like I could hear everything from the rooms on either side and above.

The air conditioning was very loud and there was a green light in the ceiling flashing all night. The receptionist was not as welcoming as I would expect.

I've been staying at hotels near John Glenn International for many years. This is hands-down the nicest place I've stayed. Modern, clean. A+ on customer service throughout the facility. Sarah was the young lady servicing the breakfast area. I've never seen anyone hustle and go out of her way to make sure everything was in perfect shape for those of us having breakfast. She smiled, she CARED about doing a great job - not just going through the motions. I wanted to bring her home with us so she could work at my business!

Rooms are very small no where to even put luggage. Have to walk or Uber to get food and drink…. Good for maybe one night but not more if you want a glass of wine, a seat outside to enjoy the weather or even to enjoy talking to people other than in a small lobby and a pool table

We came in from out of state for the Luke Bryan farm tour!! Stop by hotel to see if there was a option to check in early, an we was able to check in around noon! We booked Expedia so wasn’t sure if we could! Staff was really helpful and friendly

Very nice place. Girlfriend and I stayed two days during the week with our lab puppy. $50 pet fee but worth it. Nice little grass area with poo bags available. Breakfast was just okay. Some decent options. Coffee isn’t too bad. Staff were nice. You can hear A lot of airplanes go over but we didn’t mind.
