I was impressed with all of the amenities and utensils that the room had. The coffee in the lobby deserves five stars by itself. Cleanliness is impressive. The bathrobes were a pleasant surprise.

It's my third time staying at this hotel. Love staying here, perfect location, right at Shibuya but very quiet. Staff is very helpful.

Good sized room (superior queen deluxe) with washer/dryer, which is a big reason why we booked it. Convenient location as well. However, the bathroom smelled like sewage and got worse the longer we stayed.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Tokyo and while the location was excellent if you want to party or do some shopping, there were some downsides to my experience. First, upon arriving at the reception for check-in, I was disappointed to learn that my room was located in a different building. After a long day of traveling, having to move my luggage to another building was quite inconvenient. The room itself left much to be desired. It was quite small and did not have a closet for storing my belongings. While it did have a washing machine, which would be useful for longer stays, the bathroom felt dated and in need of an update. Overall, the location of this hotel is its strongest asset. However, the room experience left me disappointed and detracted from my overall enjoyment of the stay. If you're looking for convenience in terms of location, this might be a good choice. But if room comfort and amenities are important to you, you might want to consider other options.

I like the hotel which near to station but the room is a bit small. Overall is perfect

Wonderful stay with an excellent location i Shibuya close to e.g. Shibuya St and Scramble Square and supermarkets, restuarants, and even though it was centrally located it was very quiet in the night. Clean rooms, but small for two large suitcases, but we made it work. Definitely recommendable and we would come back.

A great and quiet location. Also giving us an easy access to experience beautiful and interesting Shibuya especially the famous Shibuya Crossing

The staff we very helpful and friendly, was far enough away from Shibuya that it wasn't loud at night, but still close enough to be easy for transit.
