Clean and newer hotel but they shamelessly charge for parking.

Overall hotel was good. Staff was nice, but was kept up both nights by children, running up and down the hallways but the main reason for booking this hotel was for the indoor pool, which was never stated that it was close and we were never told it was closed until after check-in, and when we went to go swimming.

It was a great stay. Clean room and wonderful customer service. The only problem was having to pay $11 extra for parking my car over night. Shouldn't that be apart of the hotel stay?

I was pleasantly surprised about how lovely and comfortable the room was, the only bad thing was it was only one night. Very courteous staff and the cleanliness and amenities were appreciated. I highly recommend this property.

The room was just ok , beds were squeaky and could feel the springs in my back. The parking is absolutely awful!!! Never a place to park to stay here . Staff was friendly but not attentive.

Unprofessional stall at front desk. Rude behavior. They don't even direct you towards the elevator. As soon she checked us in she was on her phone. No greeting and no thank you poor customer service

We picked this hotel because our flight left very early and this was the only place with 24 hour shuttle service. No where did I read that there was a charge for parking, I was shocked when she said that to me. I expected it to be included in the ridiculous price charged for sleeping in their bed for a few hours. I won’t use this place again.

This was a great place to stay for a quick overnight. Plenty of parking for a large trailer. Free shuttle from airport. Extremely quiet area. Very clean. Great breakfast. Kind staff. Happy to have a non dairy beverage available.

Arrived at my 3 pm check-in time. No rooms were ready, none. I needed to get ready for a wedding. They pointed me to the public bathroom. So, no shower after a 5-hour drive. There was a large group of people who were also waiting. I had a handicap room. Tiles were loose and missing in the bathroom. Absolutely nothing complimentary, not even water in the fridge. They had a free breakfast. Much of the food tasted artificial. Time for check-out, I brought two of my 3 bags down. I parked close to a side door (handicapped remember). Could not get back in with my card. By 9 am it was no longer working. Walked around the building to get in, and had reception re-activate it. Oh, the indoor pool was closed too.

This is a nice property. The staff are not overly friendly - I think the woman checking me in said 3 words to me - but the place is well located and clean.

Was not aware the pool and hot tub was under construction; we were able to use the hotel next door. It was still an inconvenience because we booked here because of the amenities. Asked for additional linen and was told there was none in the hotel as it was all being used.

When we arrived our television had no signal. Reported to the front desk clerk. Nobody came to look at it like she said. The next shift came on duty, he actually came to our room himself since there was no one on duty from maintenance. He couldn’t get it to work. Spoke with the dual assistant general manager in the morning about getting some type of refund, she said she would be willing but we would have to take it up with Expedia since that is who we booked our stay with. Her name is Heather Mecannic. To spend over 200 dollars on a nights stay with no television is un called for. Hoping you will correct this. Thank you!

They had the pool closed and never advertised or announced. Told us we could use the next door Marriot property pool. They closed that one unannounced too. Rooms were dirty, and never got room cleaned during our three day stay. Had to ask for clean towels and washcloths. Ice machines didn't work. The air conditioning unit in our room was very loud and you could see the number of repairs it has had, as parts were not fastened in appropriately. Front desk staff not welcoming at all! Very slow and carefree. The ladies running the complementary breakfast were the one nice thing this property offered and was maintained.

The person at the desk was rude and definitely not welcoming to the hotel. She looked as if she would rather be anywhere but there and really made us all feel like we were somehow a “problem” even though I had all items pulled up and should have had an easy smooth check in.
There was also not enough parking. We had to park at the next hotel- we were lucky there were spots… there were three left in the next hotel when we got back from our concert. I have no idea what we would have done if those weren’t there. We had already checked in earlier in the day nap it wasn’t like we had late check in.

Everything went really well. However, when breakfast ended at 9:30 they started taking away things when people were there trying to eat. Also housekeeping came into our room at 4:30 without knocking or announcing themselves, and just walked in. Even though we had to do not disturb sign on.

We were not told we had to order housekeeping at check in. After a full day of site seeing and the ball game, we come back to an unmade room. No towels because we left them on the floor for housekeeping. The staff at this hotel seem to have been in a bad mood for some reason. This place needs on going upkeep. All the hallway light covers were broken and we woke up to a stink bug on the curtain. Good area but next time I will choose another hotel.

I booked this hotel to have a birthday party. I wanted a pool and hot tub. When checking in, was told the pool was closed but we could go to the hotel next door and use theirs. That ment we all needed to walk in the cold about 3 minutes to get there. I was very disappointed i was not able to use the pool area. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty when we qent to use them. There were items found under both the beds in the room. Housekeepers need to do a better look through before the claim the room is clean. Also, the remote fornthe one tv didnt work.
