This hotel is outdated, dirty and under construction. If you want anything to eat or drink stop before you get there because the dining room is not open and nothing is withon walking distance.

Renovations going on throughout the hotel. Very dusty from the renovations. Noisy. Never had a maid come to the room and clean and was there for 5 days! Had to get out own towels. Breakfast in the morning consisted of nutrigrain bars and coffee. We also found a shoe that was left behind from someone and not ours. The show was very slow draining so we always had water in our tub while showering.

Room, walls and doors were dirty. Hotel appears to be an older location but older shouldn't mean dirty and unkept. Ice machine only worked on one floor and it had black stuff coming out of the machine onto the ice.

My room was smelly, seemed like someone had smoked in there. The bathroom was old, rusty and breaking down. The lights did not work and there was a broken switch board. There is a lot of renovation happening, and I'm sure the owners are looking to revamp the place. But there is still so much that can be done to fix up the rooms. I travel every week and I have written a lot of reviews for good and bad hotels. The bad ones are the ones where the owner does not care to do minor investments for the upkeep and will hire a cheap contractor or do it themselves. Simple things like caulking if done by a good professional can make a huge difference. Steam cleaning occasionally helps a lot, and cleaning up the windows, and so on and so on, I can go on and on with this.

Check in was fine and I understand they are remodeling, when I asked the woman at check in what time coffee would be ready in am, as we had an early flight she said there was always coffee available. This am at 530 my husband went down and there was no coffee, the girl at the front desk said it wouldnt be ready until 630. At 645 when we went down to leave she was just starting to set out the breakfast and still no coffee for us or the other people trying to get to their flights. When I asked her she was extremely rude and dismissive. The room was clean and comfortable.

In a very industrial area, this property is best suited to people doing business in the area. Under heavy renovations, the price was right for the condition of the place.

This staff is always polite and courtesy with any interactions. Rooms was clean. It needs some updates, but they have started renovation. No breakfast was available during visit.

The unit had no heat had to move. No water pressure to flush toilet or shower. The heater in 2nd room only worked on high fan and would heat then need to turn off to cool temp. There is no way to eat a meal except a grab and go breakfast. Finally, in the middle of nowhere. For a Wyndham it was a pathetic example of relaxation. We were not happy at all.

Wow is all i can say. At check in, I asked for adjoining rooms and was told hotel was sold out, i laughed at the lady as we were only the 5th car on the whole property. After huff and puff we got adjoining rooms. Restaurant has been closed since pre-Covid, breakfast was only bagels and pre wrapped muffins. Coffee tasted like dirt. Our room was dated and smelled like a museum. Place is gross and dated and in the middle of No Mans Land. Not remotely close to the airport.

One of the worst experiences ever! Front desk young woman lied to me 3 times! Terrible attitude. I asked for room on top floor to limit noise, she gave me 2nd floor & said twice it was the top. The property was very empty & in poor condition so I thought they weren’t using the 3rd & 4th floors.
Lost valuable sleep as she put someone above me & I was woken up 3 times during the night.
She also tried to charge me an extra $25 for checking in at 1 pm! It’s obvious they are having severe financial issues & the hotel needs a new owner!!
Stayed here many times when it was a Sheraton & in great condition- it’s not anymore! Stay anywhere else! Don’t know how it can be a Wyndham & it damages their reputation.
No airport shuttle as was listed & restaurant has been closed for 2 yrs! Not even an ice machine.
Sad to see this happen to a once great property. It’s in a remote area and no lighting on the long driveway to the hotel.

We stayed for an evening to be near the airport for an early flight. The bathroom walls were dirty, the bathtub/shpwer was so gross we would not use it. There was a pink soap scim stain arou d the drain and mildew stains surrounding..

Bathtub “Corner” in RM. 214 was either filthy or it was Mold. No Microwave. Property has no Signs directing you thru the 75 Street's and Buildings in the the Park from the time you take exit 56 off of 376 in Pittsburgh. I am 71 years old and can’t do GPS. Television choices sucked.

The room is clean. But it was in desperate need of work. Ice machine on the second floor wasn’t working and had mold in it. When we went to check out, I had a holler to get somebody to come to the desk because I needed a receipt. It was in the cart for me to take my luggage from my room to the lower floor. When I said something to the clerk, he goes well people must’ve had it in their room. Had a sign for pool but no pool.

Staff is great, room is fine, but don’t like going outside and having people come over to me begging for cigarettes and change, This needs to be addressed before something happens! I’m here for the Steelers game, not giving the homeless cigarettes and change!

This was a business trip to Pittsburg. Room comfort was great for what I needed it for-sleep/shower. Also the room smelled good. Breakfast was very limited. Also the ice machine and vending machines on the floor didn't work. The front desk was very helpful.

This hotel should be closed down. It is in the middle of a huge office area and it should draw lots of traveling executives. The restaurant is closed and their "breakfast" is prewrapped muffins and bagels with milk or orange juice. I checked in at 2AM because my flight was late and there was some random guy in shorts and a tank top sitting in the lobby. I thought he might be the night attendant, but he wasn't. The person that checked me in was pleasant enough, but couldn't really help me locate anything around the hotel that might be open 24 hours. There were signs up that said pardon our construction, but there was no construction. I think they just put those up so they could get away with how dirty the place one. There was smashed bugs on the wall of my room, mold around the tub, hair hanging from the ceiling, writing on the wall, and the floors hadn't been vacuumed in months. I watched the cleaning staff the next day go in and out of rooms to clean, but I never saw anyone run a vacuum which explains a lot. The complimentary soap bottles were all half full with makes me wonder if they even change them out. Overall, this hotel was terrible and I don't recommend anyone actually stay there!

The curtains were ripped, and I'm pretty sure I was charged for requesting new towels. Their free "breakfast" was bagels, nutri-grain bars and cereal. While the staff is very friendly and helpful, I couldn't help but feel underwhelmed.

As a returning customer I thought customer service would have been better period. Im in the area for a game. This is my 2nd time visiting the 1st time was great no problem at all, this time not so much first I arrived early I don't like the fact that this hotel charged me 25 dollars extra to checkin and they had empty rooms I dont see why that should have been an issue makes no since tome you have rooms available. 2nd although this was a better looking room than before, some of my towels were dirty and these are white towels looked smut or something. Good thing I bring my own linen when I travel for that reason. The next time im in town I will probably choose somewhere else. There ither things too but I'm over it.

For a 3 star hotel, I expected a little more. I've stayed in 2 star hotels and had similar experiences. One thing that stuck out was no
vending machines on all floors. There was an ice machine, but no machine for drinks. If you wanted bottled water or soda you had to go to the lobby for it.

The staff was inviting and informative. Bed was comfy and room and bathroom were clean. Very quiet area. Convenient to everything! . Could use some upgrades in bathroom. Otherwise, a great and comfortable place to stay for the cost!!

While there was limited staff (No Daily Housekeeping), all employees were very friendly and helpful. Location was a little out of the way, but there wasn’t any noise. Very quiet.

The hotel is very old! It needs to be refurbrished. No maid service and only a grab-n-go breakfast. Although the reservation staff was very friendly.
