This hotel was one of the prettiest hotel I’ve ever been. This hotel is well recommend it is super cleaned nice view literally it’s one of the best hotels ever.

Very nice condo in the heart of downtown TO. Clean, quiet, had most of what I needed. “Waterfall” shower is nothing special. Water pressure barely passable. Bathroom fan is on 24/7 and makes noise that you can hear in the middle of the night. Otherwise worth the $.

Had a pleasant one night stay. Location is great, communication from owner is good. Check in & out both a breeze. Has all the amenities you could need, from kitchen to washer, however we just slept & showered. We are a very quiet, respectful couple on a sightseeing trip and did feel a bit overwhelmed by the house rules but we would stay again happily. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The owners were rude asking us reason of staying here since you have 416 no. That was a breach to privacy. Telling us you are not supposed to party!! It’s an insult for us. We are professionals engineers and I’m 49 and those people were lecturing us!
I honestly wanted to back out last minute but it was paid for.
Parking is a disaster in P5. Worse ever!
Apartment is cold due lots of draft and windows. Noisy. Small sitting area. It was ok if you need more than one bedroom for family, but not wow.
Definitely not recommended to anyone.

We absolutely loved this place! Amazing views, spacious, and well kept. I will definitely be back.
They could use more towels. Dishwasher doesn't work well. Flooring needs repaired in the kitchen, kitchen tap is falling apart. Small things that are definitely fixable. we loved it.

The place was well kept, family friendly, we really enjoyed our stay ohh my kids can’t stop talking about how spacious the apartment was, for me it’s the fact that one could walk to most places we intended to visit. We had a good stay and will recommend to anyone, we will also use it again in the future

It was a great location, but just inconvenient that for three couples we were only given one key and fob to come and go. Also nothing to do with the unit, but the elevators in this condo building are terrible. The specific condo unit though is in great shape and has good views.

Should find solution for the time that we spend waiting for the lift.
We spent more than 25min waiting lift to can leave (everyone leaves at 11h and at the same Time)

The property location was fantastic as I was at a conference located just across the street.
Bedding was clean, as was the most of the condo but it just didn’t feel sanitized. I found a curly hair on the edge of my shower and our feet got very dirty from floors.
Furniture was decent, however, they need to replace the towels in the bathrooms and include face cloths. There was no bars of soap but found a used bottle of body wash which I was not thrilled using (it didn’t even have a lid on it).
The bathroom showers need to be re-grouted as this would make the bathroom feel so much cleaner.
I would rent this unit again but would hope they have these suggestions rectified.

The location of this property was AMAZING! The condo was spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The condo needs a good spring cleaning. Other than that we were extremely happy with our stay.

This property was conveniently located in the heart of downtown. It was a few minute walk to all the traders & trains. Across from Rogers centre & the CN Tower. View was amazing.

Beautiful view in the heart of it all. Spacious condos with 3 bedrooms and comfortable beds. Enjoyable stay. Condo could use some maintenance on closet doors, kitchen appliances and clean some details like walls and windows.

Very good location, walk to CN tower, Union station and many more. The facility is good in general. A nice apartment equipment with gym and other a lot of features: kitchen with modern appliances, nice bath and living room. Great city and lake view from balcony and room.
The downside is the maintenance: faucets are loose, frame of glass door are not secured properly and one bed frame screw needs to be tightened. Wash machine needs a little extra clean up etc. In short, the maintenance guy needs to pay a lot more attention on details. It would improve the experience a lot more.

Good location and a good gym for a condo building. The condo itself is very awkwardly designed with minimal/cheap furniture so it's not a pleasant place to spend time in. Bathroom amenities are not what is advertised. Kitchen doesn't even have salt and pepper. Nowhere to store suitcases after checking out.

Great location but this unit needs some attention and is lacking amenities. The bed was not comfortable and the one tv was in the common area and none in the bedrooms. One small hair dryer for 2 bathrooms and 1 luggage stand as well and no dressers.

We had a problem with our first booked condo (lost power, no elevator or AC) and Hotels.com rearranged this condo for us. Great location. Very spacious and it was quite the upgrade. Thanks Hotels.com for the support! We were quite close to everything EXCEPT shopping. We stayed on the 17th floor on a corner unit. Husband and daughter could not utilize pool on one night due to party atmosphere but they were able to do so the next morning. Only three complaints/observations: no washclothes (wasn’t expecting that), the washer unit had mold in it (had planned to use it but couldn’t), and I’m fairly certain some questionable people entering the building for illegal purposes, Was grateful for the accomodations at the last minute; awesome location and size of the room, but not altogether certain I would choose this condo again. Do try the local restaurants and the polish sausage right outside the condo across the street near Bluejays’ stadium.

Only 3 elevators worked most of the time. Long lines to get to room The room was nice with a fabulous view and you could not beat the location!

The apartment was perfect for a couple, the view was amazing and the location couldn't have been better. The only issue was with the elevators - very slow and unreliable. You know it's a problem when you have to factor in elevator wait time while planning your day .... and good luck if you realize you forgot something important in your room once you actually got down to the lobby.

I asked for a second set of keys. The person doing the check in said he would call when he got them. He never called. I went to the security desk the next morning to request the second set of keys and was told there was nothing the people at the security desk could do but I could contact Hotels.com.
There were no window coverings on any windows in the unit so it was difficult to sleep past sun rise.
Only 3 of 6 elevators worked for the duration of my stay. I waited more the 15 minutes on multiple occasions to get to my unit. There were no linens for the trundle bed
Condo was wonderfully located for many activities in Toronto.
