Absolutely loved our stay at Roami. Location was perfect, easy walking distance to Canal Street, shopping, restaurants etc. Our room was very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry. The only downside is our room was next to the street where the streetcar went by making it a bit noisy. If staying again I’d ask for a room on opposite side of hotel.

The property is good. It is located in a good area, close enough to most things while being in a quiet area of New Orleans. I would stay here again, but it lacks any kind personable experience. You most likely wont even see a live human that works there. Thats not so much the problem, but the constant communication via phone was weird. If there is a problem, I dont know who would come and deal with it. It just seems silly. I had a pretty good stay, but I wouldnt stay there again.

Great property, very well maintained and spacious apartments. Had all of the amentiies we needed as well as a beautiful corridor to spend time and grill. Prime location as well, close enough to the FQ but far enough to not deal w/the noise and traffic. Highly recommend!

Clean and well stocked with coffee, tea bags, soap, shampoo, hand soap, and detergent for dishwasher and nice sheets and towels. My husband complained about the tv being hard to use, but that didn’t bother me. I did get the attendant to come to the room and walk me through using the tv.

I enjoyed my stay here with this being my first time traveling to New Orleans. When I come back I hope this establishment is available for me to stay at.

Beautiful place to stay. The only problem we had was that we didn't know how expensive it would be to bring our dogs.

I didnt like that my internet kept going out. I wasnt able to watch tv. You have to have your own log ins to watch tv. There is no cable

Room was super nice, and very clean. Love the outside lounge there is. Kind of sucks you have to pay to park in whatever parking lot you can get to, and same for parking on the street.
One thing I would recommend is that the couches and rugs get washed regularly. I had to dry some water off the couch that I spilt and the paper towel had some color to it.
But all in all, the place is great and would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Roami property. It was very tastefully designed and all accommodations and amenities were available and very comfortable! It had a smallish gym but perfectly adequate. Great location- walking distance to restaurants and the French quarters. Great stay for sure’

We didn’t know what to expect, but were really happy with Roami. The layout was great and there was plenty of space.

Loved having the lounge. We used that since it was raining out and our flight was well after check-out.
Place was beautiful and comfortable. Loved the extra pillows and blankets. Our unit needed a bit of maintenance. Dishwasher was crap, water filter on fridge was due and there were struggles with the upstairs shower. Dirty linens left outside our room first full night.

The stay was wonderful in everyway. The appartments are very well laid out, a lot of attention to detail and extra items and the location was amazing. We would definitely stay again and recommend the place.

Excellent location and perfect for a group. We needed an accommodation for four adults and the 3 bed/3bath apt worked perfectly for us. It was very clean on arrival and everything was in working order. The beds were comfortable and the closets were stocked with extra bedding and towels. The furnishings were modern and we even had a small terrace off of the primary bedroom. We will be back on our next stay in NOLA.

This is a great find. We stayed with our four adult children. There is much more space than we would have had with two hotel rooms. Our apartment had high ceilings and a full kitchen. It was very clean and well appointed. It was perfect for us. We highly recommend it for a party of 6 or more. The check-in process is different than anything we have ever done but it worked very well even for us novices.

The place was clean and well maintained. The only gripe I would have about the building was that the elevator did not work on the night of our check-in and we had to lug all of our bags up the stairwell. But other than that, check-in/out was a snap and the amenities were highly amenable. I did miss having at least local channels available because I am security conscious and will NOT use my personal logins for any pay accounts. One guest still had his YouTube login active win we arrived.

The apartment was as advertised. I loved having all of that space for about the same price as a hotel room. The apartment was quiet except for occasionally we could hear the cable car two blocks away. The virtual concierge took me by surprise, but they were always friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was easy.

Had some issues with our initial apartment. The AC and celling fan did not work and the dishwasher did not fit under the countertop. They found us a new apartment right away. The celling fan did not work in the new apartment, but everything else was great. Enjoyed our stay and the service was fantastic.

Great place to stay that is close to the action (an easy walk to Bourbon St), but a much quieter, business district vibe so all the chaos isn't right outside of your window

Location was excellent. There was ample parking. The street wasn't very busy which made unloading/loading easy.
The only thing which we didn't like was the proximity to the Trolly/Rail System. It was so very loud and woke us up numerous times during the night. The very first time, I thought my kids had fallen down the stairs.

We loved staying here. The building is beautiful. We loved the courtyard and the room with the piano. The apartment had everything we needed and we loved having more space than a regular hotel room. I highly recommend it.

Rooms and common areas are in excellent condition and feature neat design. Additional plus for a grand piano you can play in one of the common spaces. There was an overbooking glitch on arrival, but this was resolved and compensated later on. Overall, excellent.
