Beautiful room with a great view, you felt at peace even though it’s close to a highway. All the staff was great! They were so friendly and helpful! Great room amenities!! Especially the rain shower head

The hotel is very new. Rooms are spacious. We walked pretty much everywhere. 10 min to Chinatown and 20ish min to the rest of the downtown.
The gym was kinda small but had everything you might need.
Hotel located about 15min from the airport.
Whole Foods right across the parking lot.
Overall, great hotel! Would definitely recommend

I had an issue during the check-in with my card and the service em empathy of the attendant was not so good. Also my room was not ready because I arrived earlier than checkin time, but when I asked what time my room should be ready I received an answer: maybe 2h or 3h….not sure.
Talking about the check-in I asked to put the emergency amount in a different card to not use my debit card, and the attendant put all the amount in the same card and now I am still waiting 500 back in my wallet and I am already back in Brazil.
My room was not cleaned for 2-3 days even we put in door the card to clean and we were without paper in the bathroom. The 1st time they cleaned was very superficial.
Based on the price I paid, the service should be better!

When I arrived the toilet was clogged and at night the room made a ticking sound all night. They charge you $62 a day to park your car and the only option is valet. I am certain the valet scratched my bumper and listened to my radio which was set for a weird station when I got back in the car. Very poor experience!

We had a wonderful stay with staff that was more than willing to help with accommodations - can't speak highly enough about them!! We felt safe, everything was extremely clean and are already recommending this stay to others. The only challenging thing would be finding the original entrance to the hotel (sign was small) and slight confusion in how the valet situation was handled. Everything worked out and I look forward to spending another stay here!

The shower had so much hair that I could make a sweater. The bed closest to the door moved and bumped against the wall every time I moved. Breakfast was overrated and expensive! Other than that it was ok. The guy who checked me in was as helpful as the bartender who worked.

was a last-minute booking and was very easy and fast with a great smile @ the service desk. Rachel was great answered all my questions. We did a late check out they added it no problem or cost the only thing was the key did not work after our original check out time. I mention it to the front desk, and it was fixed immediately.

This hotel can be much nicer. The carpets in the hallways are completely worn out and look like a run down motel. The rooms are serviced once every three days; in my opinion this is a short sightedness on management side. This does not save them much and for an additional five or ten dollars a day they could bring this place to the level of other Marriott hotels.
On the positive side, serving free coffee in the lobby all day is good. They are willing to supply new towels every day if you request them.

Lovely hotel in a good location-easy walk to everything you need. Big spacious room. The traffic noise I read about in other reviews didn’t bother us at all. Staff were super helpful with lots of recommendations.

Our 2 negative experiences is that this hotel is right beside a highway and can get pretty loud for light sleepers like me. The hotel provides ear plugs and a white noise maker which I did not use because I bring my own white noise maker wherever I go; and the toilet although modern clogged a couple of times.
The location was very good for what we wanted. Convenient pickup/dropoff spot for Uber/Lyft. Breakfast available for an additional charge. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and texted to check that everything was ok. Housekeeping did not come daily, but on request.

The hotel itself is great and rooms were perfectly fine. My only complaint was how noisy our room was. We had windows on 2 of the 4 walls and since we faces the highway, it was loud. I actually checked to see if the windows were open! The hotel did provide ear plugs, a white noise machine and a sleep mask. The staff were very courteous and the property very clean. Just ask for a room NOT facing the highway:)
