The Sutton Place Hotel was a great place to stay for our first time in Toronto. Located near Roger's Garden and the CN tower, we were easily able to walk to all of our must-see attractions. Just a quick 20-minute walk to Chinatown and Kensington Market (another must-see)! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was a perfect experience. The icing on the cake was the great restaurant and bar. Great service and the food and drinks were amazing. Our trip couldn't have been better.

Awful option for business travel. I asked for a travel adapter and was met with a bemused and unhelpful attitude. Furthermore, no breakfast served on Mondays or Tuesdays which falls far below the expectations one would have at a hotel like this.

Beautiful hotel. Service was exceptional... they got you anything you needed. Great amenities. Lovely toiletries supplied along with robes and slippers. Great restaurant of the lobby. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great clean rooms, nothing out of place, quick service when we asked for more wine cups to be brought to the room.

We booked one-night at this place bc we wanted a very restful stop before another long flight home (we were coming back from Europe to Hawaii), as our 2 families had 4 kids between us. We had requested adjacent rooms months ago which they weren't able to accommodate. We came in very late in the evening and one of the rooms was accidentally given away, and for the other, when they opened the room, another party was in that unit. Needless to say we felt that somehow all the careful reservations/planning ahead of time was all bungled up and after a very long few days of traveling with kids, we just wanted to rest and be together. I do want to say that that front desk did try their best to accommodate us, which we did appreciate. For one family, we got an extra room and a $100 dining credit. For the other, another $100 dining credit. While all very nice efforts, the kids down the hall is not ideal, and while the food was excellent, we didn't explore the restaurants in the area bc we felt we needed to use the credit so we really didn't need to stay so far from the airport since all we were going to do was to head back to the airport for another flight. Regardless, the hotel itself was beautiful and the restaurant terrific. I would definitely give it another try if we got a good deal and could stay longer in the city.
