Had everything needed to make a stay feel like home.

The exterior was as cute at a button and location ideal but the interior needed work. I have left feedback with the management company so hoping items are corrected for future renters.

This is an older house, but it’s fixed up pretty cute with more room than you get in a comparably priced condo. The beds were comfy and the AC was working good enough !! I would stay here again

The house was cozy and had most of what we needed. The most convenient part was having washer and dryer in one of the spacious bathrooms so we could throw beach wear and towel’s immediately in washer to clean. The only negative was the enormous amount of mosquitoes in the back yard. There were so many we could not use that space. We did however enjoy the closed in back porch.

The neighbors/neighborhood was quite which we loved. The yard was nice but we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy it. The AC was nice and working but the house was not quite clean. I’m a housekeeper myself and it could’ve been better kept. Fridge smelled like fish so we ate out the entire time we stayed. The bedding didn’t seem clean in the rooms except for the master area. Some of the towels in the drawers seemed used or they were crammed in there. When leaving the cleaning lady barged in and didn’t let us finish getting dressed properly so we could leave. They came right in while we were still in the house. Probably won’t do that home again because we expected it to be more tidy and the leaving really broke it for us.

Quint home with easy access to food entertainment and the beach

Overall it would be a 5 star home but it did have its issues. When we arrived we noticed that the backyard gate has a big hole that our fur babies could escape from when left alone. Also we couldn’t find the BBQ pit that was listed on the post. The front yard doesn’t have a water hose so we had to wash our dogs in the backyard along with our things after a long day at the beach. Second the fridge had a strong smell of fish. We of course fixed the issue with coffee grains on coffee filters. This helped a lot with the smell. Third, we noticed small ants in the bathroom and small spiders here and there. Fourth the washer needs to get serviced because it makes a loud screeching sound when water is being put in. Fifth we were greater at 8am on Tuesday to a company cutting the grass, which caused all our allergies to go crazy and have a rough start to check out. Right at checkout we were rushed out to get out of the rental since house keeping was there. Keep in mind we had two fur babies, a one year old and three people suffering from bad allergies due to the grass being cut outside our windows. The house is located in a great spot. It’s close to the grocery store and it kept up with the AC. I would suggest having tvs in all the rooms not just the master and living room and more comfortable beds. Another suggestion is to get with the yard workers and adjusting when they are out to work just to avoid guest and issues.
