Easy parking

The staff are friendly and professional, however, this property is outdated and there was an unusual smell throughout the room.

We stayed two nights and all of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

It was average for the price point the staff was great.

Bathroom not clean leaking faucet dirty wash cloth in the bathroom

Hotel not updated, offered breakfast however ran out, our television didn't work but we were accomodate. We don't plan on returning.

Convenient place to stop.

It is a decent place to stay, easy to get to right off tge interstate.

Friendly staff

The staff was friendly & professional.. especially Pinkey! However, the maintenance crew doesn’t keep up with fixing things. It’s just not up to the Clarion Standards.. I cannot say enough good about the staff though! Just super kind!

Friendly staff but could have been cleaner

They don’t provide water in room. Microwave and refrigerator at not equipped. Room is clean. It took some time to turn on TV. Breakfast was good.

This hotel seems pretty well managed. Free breakfast is reliable, adequate,.. but if staying more than a few days.. boring. We were visiting from Oregon for a week, and weren’t aware some Eastern hotels had stopped servicing rooms unless asked .. this due to folks complaining of house keepers coming into rooms during the pandemic. So we had to ask for fresh rolls of TP or tissues. Overall we were happy.

Roach in the click of my hotel room and an sleet killed roach on the wall behind the TV. Called manager on got partial refund not full due to me starting in the hotel room with Live roach. They didn’t switch me till the next morning. Dust collected in the bathroom vents and light switch as well!!

Vent in Bathroom did not work. The toilet was loose and wobbled when you sat on it. Very dated hotel on whole. Staff was pleasant. $100 was put on hold for incidentals.

Staff was very unfriendly. Check-in, unfriendly. Breakfast was almost empty at 9:30, staff said it would be about 5 minutes. So we waited five minutes for hot breakfast refills like she said. No, she then kept coming out and being rude to other guests when they asked for anything. (Which was empty since 9:30, breakfast until 10:00) then at 10:05 she then come out and started to remove all of the breakfast and shutoff all of the lights and appliances. Informed everyone that BREAKFAST WAS CLOSED!! continuing to say CLOSED!! Excuse me??? You were too lazy to refill it for a half hour so then. You just closed it!! Nice!! Thanks for the hot breakfast!! JOKE!! Room?? Carpets were disgusting, not worth the 150$ they charge a night for this place!! Could definitely use some upgrades. I would say it’s a motel 6 level

The hotel is not very clean, our shower did not drain which was gross. Very worn tired building. Breakfast was average. No issues with customer service.

This was a great place to stay while touring local colleges! Staff was so helpful and friendly. Great breakfast! Will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel. Nothing fancy, but the room was clean and breakfast was good.

Staff was very welcoming, accommodating and friendly! Room was ok, not the cleanest but it was fine. Shower pressure was so so, but it was a shower and worked so it was also fine. No real complaints but it could use some updates.

A great Staycation place...

FIRST…the front desk person was not warm or friendly. SECOND… the first room she gave me had not been cleaned. THREE… the 2nd room was not cleaned good hair in the sink, counter in bathroom was not wiped and the room smelled like a DOG. WASTE OF MONEY I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND I WILL BE PUTTING A BLAST ON FACEBOOK. YUKKKK’

Staffing issue

Tremendous issue with staff went unresolved. Despite communication with hotel that we would have a late check in on a 3 day stay for one of our rooms (3 rooms reserved) the room was listed as a no show (we were still charged for the room) and we forced to pay for an additional room at a higher rate. No refrigerator in rooms

It was a good stay. Very limited amenities

the location was convenient. The front desk personnel were friendly. The breakfast adequate. The housekeeping was questionable considering the woman did not clean my room two days out of the four that I stayed there. After returning to the room @2pm on the second day, I tried to tell the housekeeper that my room needed cleaned she responded like she wasn’t supposed to clean it but she didn’t speak English. I had to go to the front and tell them. After they went to talk with her they returned and told it would another hour before the room would be cleaned. I had to sit in the lobby for an hour waiting for my room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast included. Was very close to highways, so easy access into Cleveland.

The room looked like it needed a paint job. The bathroom smelled musty. Not the best bed.
