The location is great, especially if you are using Waverly Station and/or Airlink.
Very small room with limited amenities.

Location was excellent, staff were friendly and the room was great - exceptionally clean and very comfortable.
The price! But to be fair, it was August, so we expected to pay more than usual. Room service would have been a nice touch too.

It was comfortable room, had coffee, milk, hangers, a safe. The train station is close, good, but it is quiet at night, also good. A variety of bkfst choices, and good coffee.
Great location for the Fringe.
The brkfst times in the elevator were odd. The hours are in small print below the hour graphs, 10 wkday, 11 wkends.
Washcloths along with towels would be nice. This is a U.S. thing.

Location to both the station and Edinburghs sights, decent choice of continental breakfast.
£666 for a two nights stay, extremely basic room apparently it’s for people with a dog as we did in this supposed dog friendly hotel. When we asked if we could upgrade, we were told no at they were fully booked, when I pointed out all levels of rooms were being offered on booking sites, we were told better rooms are not for people with a dog!! (Very dog friendly, not) the breakfast experience was a rugby scrum free for all event with low level tables and seats to squat at, not comfy and super impersonal.
