quite convenient for 2 persons
5th flow without elevator, kitchen was not clean enough, a bit noisy if you prefer to sleep with open windows

Good apartment in the center of Sofia for a short stay. Lots of light, mountain view. Very quiet at night. Interesting wall bed, clean, nice furniture. I especially like the coffee machine!
Check-in could have been smoother. Send photos and more detailed instructions ahead of time for easy check-in. :)

• perfect location, super central (bare in mind address on booking when entered on google maps brings you to the neighboring street)
• spacious
• has everything to cook in the kitchen
• very quiet street
• checkin with lock
• polite hosts
• can hear neighbors (apartment split in two)
• last floor, no elevator
• we were not given instructions for checkin, checkout, so we had to call
• wasn’t super clean (bed covers didn’t feel clean) and the bed/couch wasn’t ready with sheets, so we had to figure it out by ourselves

I personally liked the area, and the places I was curious to visit were close by. Centre is very close, short walking distance. My apartment was quiet. No noises. You can change the temperature of the two heaters as you please. Quite warm. The apartment was clean.
For me was all fine and I enjoyed and I also extended one more night. My apartment was on the 4th or 5th floor, no elevator. In case you have issues with that. Building could seem a bit decadent but doesn't matter for me. I would go back and I enjoyed.

Everything was super, clean and well equipment flat. Easy to find, near the center of the city. I with kid have an evening flying so I text to owner to stay few hours more and he said yes)), we was very glad. I will come back in few month only in this flat!!! Staing was amazing.

Location, amenities and studio condition (all new and well cleaned), available WiFi, cable TV, kitchen supplies, washer etc. important for convenience of stay. Also not the least, very elegant and calming atmosphere through the property with well organized access to.
There was nothing wrong or not to like.
