Great location near train station and beside Aeon Mall with lots of food choices and shopping. Comfortable and clean room, well stocked with amenities and toiletries. Good coffee provided in room.
Toilet has a bad odor every time it’s flushed. Had to use the air freshener spray to freshen the room.

Nice spacious room and handy and spacious bathroom. The room was very far from the lift which was a pity, but otherwise everything was good. Didn’t have breakfast so no opinion. Close to the shops and restaurants and bike rental place are also plus points!

Location was excellent right outside Kyoto main railway station. Many places to eat in the area and the malls inside and around the station.
Western breakfast could have been better.

The Japanese style breakfest at B1 is great. But it was a pity that the meal plan was not included when I booked the rooms with Booking.com. So I had to paid extra cost for the meal. ("Meal Plan: There is no meal option with this room.")
The bed/mattress is too firm. I had a trouble sleeping at the first night. This is not the same experience as I had 3 years ago. I had a wonderful experience with this hotel before the pandemic.

The breakfast is awesome. They service western and Japanese style. Very healthy and delicious.
The Location is wonderful, so easy to walk to the station and nearby temples.
Will come back.
It would be nice if they can provide a microwave oven.

Air conditioning was not working and the room was very hot. after complaining they gave a fan to manage which is not good.

Cleanliness and location was very good. Front desk was well staffed and able to assist in many travel isssues and requests. Nearness to Kyoto Station was easy and helpful.
Our room was the farthest from the elevator - a bit of a walk. Dining in the hotel was quiet expensive. Understanding when there was reservation for the entire restaurant was unclear.
