Free coffee in our room

Free breakfast would have been nice

Only 1 coffee pod of regular in the room the rest wa decaf,asked cleaning staff for more regular and was handed 1 pod if decaf, had to give it back and ask again and got 1 pod again and I explained there were 2 of us in the room…gave up and went and bought my own pods. Not a hug he deal but really want my coffee

Breakfast buffet was cold ... all items ...eggs, bacon and sausage.

My room door was left propped open by the door interior lock after cleaning the room the first day ... and the room was not even touched up or attended to at all the second day... no clean towels or emptied trash or beds made etc. nothing at all.

upon arriving they could not locate my booking and were able to help me and provided me free breakfast due to the trouble. They gave us free breakfast for our troubles which was nice> The beds were confortable and slept well. Overall they tried to help as they could. My daughter left hecklace at the hotel and went back 5 hours after check out and they had it. I didn't expect that and it made me so impressed. thanks and the front office staff was awesome,

difficult time with checking in even with a email from the facility.

Amenities were very nice,good food in restaurant and all staff was super friendly and exceptionally helpful.

Nice people. Adequate room. Very clean.

Room and bathroom could have been bigger and more luxurious. Shampoo, etc. tiny. Breakfast was mediocre, too expensive.

need recycling bins in rooms. Some staff appeared pre-occupied.
