Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great location. Walking distance to the harbor.

Only valet parking where you’re allowed to take your car in and out. However if you self park, you don’t get the option to do so.

Good room but poor view and vending services

8th floor yard thing, and staff

No vending machine worked for me, the one elevator didn’t work for us, seen patchwork in the room should have been way better for price…No destination as to where to go smoke?? I can keep it going but I’ll stop

We had a great trip and very happy with hotel!

Beautiful place to stay within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The hot breakfast was a great way to start the day. Easy access to parking garage. All the staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was great but the bed pillows could have been better. No other complaints.

I would avoid this property at all costs

They put 5 transactions on my credit card. 2 of them cancelled each other and the other 3 totaled more than 200% of what was there on Booking.com. I have to tell them when I checked out and had to call then few days later.

good except taking my deposit

everything was good

the hotel didn’t give me back my deposit money, the hold 50$ for each room (2rooms =100$). so they gave me back only part of it even though I stayed only one night and we left our rooms clean, organized and we returned the doors key to the front desk. I need the whole deposit back

Very disappointing and in body aches due to the uncomfortable sofa bed that I had to sleep in

the breakfast choices were okay and the location is good for visiting. only issue I found was the check-in. the curb site is too small and can fit only 2 cars.

The rooms are not clean properly, there were dust on the furnitures, bed head board, room has an odor. Furnitures smells like dirty socks. Very disappointed with the hotel standards for it's brand and the price I paid. Also, I paid for twin beds room and got a king bed which was such an inconvenience for my family since I have 2 kids. Sofa bed was old and uncomfortable.

i would not stay here again

the location was great

Rooms were very dirty and gross. The housekeeping staff never showed after being requested. the hotel as a whole was very dirty. it was extremely overpriced for the state of the facilities. the entire hotel smelled like marijuana so strongly that it gave me a cough.

not being able to take a hot shower I’m the morning. confronted the staff they said they were working on it. no offer or compensation was given.

Localization : the best in Baltimore Room/Kitchen : size, appliances, bathroom Parking

Room service: not provided daily. Room equipaments, mostly sofas, could be better Message to Booking.com: roomservice schedule, different of daily, should be explicit in reservation information.
