they should learn to clean under beds, we founds bags of garbage that were not ours under there. the door stuck really badly making it hard to open and close.

Staff are friendly. Good location and free parking

Microwave is not easy to access and only available until midnight. Room had periodically warm water, not hot at all.

The price was right and they accommodated my late check in. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Was given a room beside a group that was very loud all night and the room was a bit on the cold side even with heater on max.

Not to far from falls, lot of food around .

Lots of garbage around. Floor was very dirty , windows as well. Showers are poor. Noisy.

The bed was rough only came with 2 pillows which is one pillow each the water when we first turned it on was brown so we didn’t drink or shower in it as we didn’t feel comfortable the doors need to Be tighten they’re hard to close and open

you guys charge extra and the actual hotel price was really low and it's actually a motel.we are really disappointed after reach their we pay $175 for per night for nothing .they even don't have any microwave.
