El personal y en particular Brian de recepción fueron formidables, atentos serviciales y muy comprometidos con su trabajo.

1-la alfombra de la habitación estaba demasiado aucia y apestaba. 2- Encontré una garrapata en el baño. 3- Los canales de TV limitados. 4- La puerta del balcón no cerraba bien y chillaba con el viento. 5- el ascensor de atrás apestaba a vomito 6- en recepción sólo funciona un elevador. 7- Las llaves se desprograman 8- Las toallas de alberca/playa son muy pequeñas.

I loved the room. The view was exactly the one shown in the pics. The room was comfortable. Very close to the beach. Location of the hotel was good, a bit away (walking distance) from the more lively area of Miami Beach.

Only one elevator was working throughout my stay and the hotel was full. I was in the last floor so coming up and down was a bit of a challenge since you may needed to wait.

The only thing was the short walk to beach. Everything else was absolutely TERRIBLE. Safety hazards,Service,everythings BROKEN,MOLD scent,unfulfilled amenities,resort fee when we can’t even receive our $18 per water per day. No hot water/pressure. When you do eat they watch your every move.rude staff that Does not care about your stay @ all. Smoking allowed, leaking toilet loudly doors have huge open gaps Housekeeping does not fulfill any request you literally have to get it yourself.

Finally spoken to she kept speaking in a different language even after knowing we don’t speak hers & kept pronouncing my name incorrect 4. Only 1 working elevator 1/2 the time we had to walk up floors 5.Leaking in staircase on all levels & soaked on ground basement floor & in hallways unsafe. SAFETY HAZARD 6. Resort fee of $18 per Person they did not “open”the beach therefore they would not give us bottles of h20 even when asked to receive the’ they refused to give it to us. We couldn’t use the beach towels/umbrellas none to be found anywhere while other hotels “opened” their beach areas.7.The $22.86 breakfast buffet was not good food & the Only option provided they watch your every move like you’re going to steal something.8.The gym is broken cardio machines with only incomplete dumbbells sets; NO A/C no vent to breath 9.No shower pressure & no hot water maintenance came to fix it but that only helped with temp.10. The toilet runs loudly for awhile after each flush 11.Tv is in a different language & they would not fix it. Could not even watch channels on it told us they couldn’t do anything about it 12.Room doors have a huge gap,walls are extremely thin.The entire building are moldy musky scented 13. When we called for more towels 2x they said housekeeping will bring them we waited overnight & when calling front desk there was no answer we had to keep going to them for everything. 14.Washing/dryer machines broken & they’re not responsible their solution was for us to give them our soaking clothes in hopes we receive them back when they couldn’t give us a time & they’ll shrink or we could walk blocks away hoping we can find a dryer. Manager WALKED AWAY IN MiDDLE of CONVERSATION. unprofessional,DISRESPECTFUL.

MALA DISPOSICIÓN PARA CAMBIAR HABITACIÓN, SI VEN MI RESERVA EN BOOKING HAY 2, QUIZE MEJORAR MI HABITACIÓN PAGANDO MÁS Y ME DIERON DE LAS PEORES. HABÍA QUE PEDIR JABÓN Y TOALLAS CHICAS Y DE PISO. UN SOLO ASCENSOR ( EL OTRO ROTO, TODA LA SEMANA) LA LLAVE PARA ENTRAR A LA HABITACIÓN SE DESPROGRAMABA TODOS LOS DÍAS. MUCHA MOLESTIA BAJAR A RECEPCIÓN, PARA ACTUALIZARLA. ME DIJIERON QUE HABÍA ESTACIONAMIENTO Y SOLO ERA PARA 20 AUTOS, LOS 3 PRIMEROS DÍAS TUVE QUE ESTACIONAR FUERA, BASTANTE LEJOS, YO LO HABÍA ELEJIDO EN PARTE POR EL ESTACIOANMEINTO. EL SERVICIO DE PISCINA Y DE PLAYA NO CUMPLIA LOS HORARIOS. MUY ESTRESANTE MI ESTADÍA, NINGUNA PERSONA DE RECEPCIÓN, CONTEMPLÓ NUESTROS PEDIDOS DE CAMBIO DE HABITACIÓN, POR SUPUESTO QUE PAGANDO LA DIFERENCIA. NECESITARÍA QUE ALGUIEN PUDIERA VER LA RESERVA QUE HICE PARA ESTE HOTEL Y VERAN QUE YO QUIZE MEJORAR LA HABITACIÓN PAGANDO MÁS DINERO Y ESO NO SE VIO PLASMADO EN EL LUGAR. AGRADECERÍA QUE ALGUIEN ME RESPONDA.

Worst stay I’ve ever had- everyone was so rude- our room wasn’t clean- had people banging on our door in the middle of the night - cut my hand open on the shampoo dispenser- probably going to sue since the hotel doesn’t answer
