A localização do hotel, próximo à estação Port Authority (metrô, trem e bus) facilitou muito o nosso deslocamento pela cidade. Além disso, as comodidades de ter uma cafeteira e um frigobar no quarto ajudaram na realização do café da manhã e lanches rápidos no próprio quarto. Cama e chuveiro excelentes.

Nada que atrapalhasse, mas durante o banho vazava água do box para o piso do banheiro.

Dommage qu’il y a avait de la charcuterie que tous les 3 jours, sachant que mon mari ne mange que ça, il a vraiment pris un petit déjeuner que tous les 3 jours

Very nice hotel with excellent location. Breakfast better than we expected. Very helpful staff. Good value for the money we paid for our stay.

I would certainly give a higher rating, but we had a stressful situation with the deposit. Due to a system error, we were charged way much more than we should have been, and a large portion of our budget for a trip to New York was blocked for the rest of our stay. The hotel manager did everything in his power to fix this, but the deposit was not unlocked until after we returned home.

So bad this hotel.

Odour, washroom ventilator not working. Washroom door could not close. Bad smell in the room. AC is not working well.

our room was included breakfast and it was good, especially waffles were good. check in and out was easy. the location is good to walk to any touristic places but not the best neighbourhood. Nice size room and big size bed. Coffee and tea maker in the room. everyday housekeeping, cleaning, towel replaced, and free water was good.

Furniture was a bit old but at least good quality wood, not plastic. We stayed 18th floor and no view... No pool, no spa, no roof top bar but we know it before. No slipper and bathrobe for our room but not a big deal. a few homeless around the hotel but no problem again. rooftop bar is closed now...

I had a room for four people which had two double beds. I had a great view of the Empire State building from my window. The location was pretty central, within walking distance to some of the major attractions. The breakfast was amazing. There was a choice of a full breakfast as well as a buffet, there was also a waffle maker.

Good sized rooms, liked that there was an iron and ironing board in the room, staff were all friendly and super helpful, room was serviced every day. Thanks especially to Monica & Kevin. Comfy big bed and pillows. No allergy issues. Great location. Surprisingly little noise from other guests. No real issues with anything the whole time.

Room had a bit of a funny cleaning smell that got onto clothes hanging up. Furniture was a bit tired/old. The lifts were crazy busy!

Bar was small but welcoming. Sammy is a great host and does a wonderful job promoting the hotel and NYC.

The staff was absolutely great! Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to a subway entrance/exit which connects to many lines.

Nothing—it’s a few blocks south of where we usually stay, but still very convenient.

From the second we arrived the staff were wonderful and made us feel so welcome. when leaving and returning daily the staff wished you a great day and then welcomed you back with genuine smiles. We knew breakfast was included but we thought it was just continental. To our surprise you got a full cooked breakfast, waffles, fruit, cereal the works and it was amazing. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Room service was to a very high standard. We were told at check in that the room would be done every other day but it was done everyday. the pillow cases, sheets and towels were changed daily. The hotel was central to pretty much everything. the Port Authority- bus and subway station was right across the street so you could travel anywhere.

Room space and cleanliness were very good. Room service staff are so helpful and always smiling. The majority of the staff were helpful and smiling except the one that we met upon arrival. Our checkout was very smooth, and the staff were super helpful. The hotel cab was so clean, safe and the driver is so polite and dropped us just on time.

The first impression was super disappointing :-( We reached at midnight, only one employee was in charge in his mid of his 50s, standing outside the main entrance. We were confused if this is the hotel or not, because he didn't show any sign of welcoming us. We asked for his help to deliver our luggage to the room he refused stating that he is the only staff in charge, and we have to serve ourselves. So, he let us, 2 ladies travelling for more than 17 hours, to pick them up pulling the big TROLLEY ourselves to the room. We had booked a non-smoking room, where as the weed smell was stuck in the whole floor for our whole stay (1 week).

The service in the kitchen/breakfast area was phenomenal. So nice and accommodating. The room was the size expected and the bed was super comfortable! The view from our room was a plus!

Honestly, I have no complaints at all.

Everything is very clean, they clean the rooms daily! The hotel is very close to almost all attractions in NYC. The staff is very friendly and they help you with everything!
