I didn't know about the breakfast. We loved how friendly and helpful everyone was. They helped us figure out how to get to the places we wanted to go. We loved the popcorn and the bread pudding. We loved the pool facilities but didn't have enough time to use them.

Only thing I have a complaint about was the check in process. This particular individual both checked us in and out and her demeanor the whole time was not great. We did however experience great service with Kelley, twice when we needed assistance and recommendations.

The room I got had a very loud air exchange system (not the AC), which made a very annoying noise that also earplugs could not filter out (I tested that). I would not have been able to sleep like that so I decided to leave right away (they told me every other room had the same system and made the same noises). Now, I had booked for two nights but didnt stay for even one. They told me I had to still pay for one night, which I already found problematic since they werent able to provide me with the service I booked, which was a room in which I could sleep well. But okay better pay one night than not get any sleep. However, when I checked my bank account some days later I saw that they had charged me the full two nights - against their word. I was not able to reach them ever since as I dont have a US phone number and they can absolutely not be reached via booking or email or anything else. For a hotel in 2023 this is obscure especially when hosting tourists from other countries that cant simply call them.

Our suite was very nice and well equipped.

We arrived early (around 12 noon) only to find out that they were overbooked so we were sent to another Wyndham property that was farther from the French Quarter.

The staff is always friendly and Albert is always very helpful !!!

The location was nice, the room was clean and homely, and the staff were very welcoming.

You had to hold the flush button for about 45 seconds before it would flush.
