We loved the location and having 4 beds for our big family.

NOT clean. There were dirty dishes covered in pasta sauce put back on shelves. The kitchen sink faucet handle kept falling off. The pillows and furniture just seemed a little dirty. We have 4 kids so we aren't clean freaks but my expectations were not met. There's only 1 TV so hard for the family to wind down together. With a little attention I think it could be 5 stars.

Apartment was comfy and in a quiet area

Only real complaint was the neighbours upstairs were a little noisy, but nothing the letting agent can be blamed for

location, also that it wasn’t a box hotel, had some character.

my group of girlfriends and I were in the middle apartment and there was SO MUCH space! no one felt cramped and it was easy to keep clean and organized, bathroom is fantastic with a great walk in shower. everything was pretty perfect for us! we used uber/lyft the whole trip and it was extremely cheap, every driver easily found us and took us back, great location!!

the check in time was the only thing I wish we could’ve fixed. I tried messaging the property right when we booked about paying the extra fee to check in early and then again not too long before the trip and I never received a response either time but the 4 pm/10 am checkout wasn’t a huge issue!

The property was very nice especially since it had a kitchen. was in the perfect spot to get anywhere in San Diego.

The AC did not work well if you stay here in the summer prepared to be hot.

The property was very cute. We were able to walk to the grocery store.

parking was okay you had to keep your fingers crossed to hopefully get a parking space in front or right across the street from the unit. I thought it might have been closer to the beach.

The only decent part of the stay was that the beds were decently comfortable as were the pillows.

The host seemed very friendly before arrival, she had emailed me a couple of times if I wanted to rent a few items from her to make our stay more comfortable. I responded to that specific email 3 times with no response. I had also asked a question in a separate email, but I also did not receive a response. The house as a whole was dirty. You could not walk barefoot as your feet would be black and only after 5 minutes of walking on the floor. There were crumbs all over the floor throughout the house and on the furniture. The kitchen table had a sticky residue and was a bit on the dirty side as the table had grime on the edges of the tabletop. Upon leaving, I left the house in way better shape than how we received the property. After the first night, the children in the above apartment started running and stomping from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m. It was rather frustrating as they were quiet up until the designated quiet time. Now for the parking situation, it is ridiculous to find parking. Which I was unaware of until we arrived to the destination. We have a brand new vehicle, our first night staying there our vehicle was vandalized with what looks like an airsoft gun. If the person who chose to damage our vehicle would have aimed any higher they would have broken our back window. That night we parked across the street fairly close. I called the host and she told me no one has ever had their vehicle damaged, she really did not seem to care at all. She stated that her cameras do not view the parking across the street. The only time we were able to park close again was our last night staying there. To find one at a far distance away we had to circle around the area for 20-30 minutes. When I say that there is hardly any parking ever, I am not exaggerating. You definitely do not get what you pay for at this residence. PICTURES are misleading. Furniture is different than in the pictures. The main thumbnail of the property is not the balcony one it is the one below the balcony.

Location is fabulous! It was comfortable and cozy.

The location was perfect for our short visit. The house was comfortable, a large kitchen, plenty of room in the bedrooms. The front and back porch were great additions to the space.

About half of the kitchen pots and pans need replacing. Very worn. Also a few more cutting boards and kitchen towels would be helpful.

The location was perfect for us, close to many restaurants, and stores. The location was very convenient.

Parking is impossible

Liked the area & it was small/ cute but still fit a lot of people!

The parking was horrible.. we had 3 cars & we couldn’t get parking anywhere near the apartment

Like to start out with our wonderful host! So easy to book and find. It worked out perfect for our family. Tons of indoor and out door space with beautiful views! Great walking distance to many things especially our favorite, coffee!

It was really central for us to get out to meet friends who live up north and also over to the conference at the convention centre. Street parking is busy after 6 pm, but we always managed to park within a block. The balcony is wonderful in the mornings

I like that it’s a very nice place to stay with the family lots of room and that we are close by to all the places that we visit the beaches was very nice in La Jolla

I didn’t like that there is not to much parking I would have to walk a few blocks to get back to the apartment and I got a parking ticket because of the street cleaning other then that it was a nice place to stay
