The home was clean, well decorated and had basic personal items. Some added touches for comfort that make this place extra special. I would stay here again.

Condo was absolutely spotless and exceeded our expectations. Located on a quiet side street and close enough to walk to the downtown area to eat and shop.

We had a wonderful time in Traverse City! The condo was just right! Good location with a short walk to town and the Village Commons. It was clean and had enough space for the 2 of us.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and wish we could have extended our trip. This condo was super clean, very comfortable, and filled with so many things to make our stay enjoyable. It was an easy walk to ‘The Commons’ and a quick bike or car ride into the downtown area. We were a bit concerned about noise being so close to the hospital, but didn’t find that to be an issue at all! We have recommended this place to friends and hope to be back in the future!

The VRBO was very clean and the location was great. A quiet street even though was across from hospital. You could walk or take free bus just outside our door. Grocery store only about 5-6 blocks. Along the way you pass pizza / convenience store, coffee shop, pie and pastry shop. This was all within walking distance.

We booked this condo for our wedding weekend as we were getting married in Traverse City and it was in the perfect location for all the running around we needed to do in the city for wedding preparations! It was very comfy and clean and had everything we needed and more. The owner also left thoughtful things for us like a bottle of wine and coffee and oatmeal for the mornings. We would recommend this place to anyone for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Traverse City!

The condo was exactly as it was listed. Very clean and equipped. The owner was very attentive in responding back to me. A really nice touch to leave a bottle of wine and some quick breakfast items in the condo for us. We will definitely stay here again!

It was everything we hoped for…beautiful, clean, cozy, easy to find, close to everything, quiet, and comfy. Our host was fantastic.

Was in town for business. Property is in an excellent location - easy to get anywhere downtown or mall area. Fast walk to the Mercado. One parking spot that was covered. Everything was very clean and unit had all the items you need for a stay. Absolutely recommend.

We found this place through the VRBO site and were wanting to give this a try verses the hotels we have stayed at. This Condo was far better than we ever expected. The owner thought of everything down to the finest detail. We enjoyed our stay because it was just like being in our own home. Highly Recommended.

Loved our stay. Would highly recommend. We were in town for a short stay. Did not have a chance to really use the kitchen other than making a cup of coffee. Really appreciated that the property had supplies for coffee including cream and sugar. Found the location and layout very satisfactory. The condo is on the second floor which requires climbing an inside stairway. It was not an issue for us, and we enjoyed the window views from higher up. However, if you have mobility issues with stairways you should keep this in mind. Lovely and clean condo.

My husband and I had a great time staying in Traverse City! The condo was very clean, quiet and comfortable. It had everything we needed, with a nice kitchen open to the living room with nice big windows, and a spacious master bedroom. Luette was very helpful as well with our check in process.

This was our 2nd time renting a condo from Luette & again, everything was perfect. Clean, roomy, and all the essentials at hand. Always prefer this arrangement over a small hotel room. Perfect landing for us as we do DT TC & the peninsulas. We would rent with her again without question.

Very clean and comfortable with good location. The bed was way too high for a 5' tall person with arthritis. Thank goodness I found something to climb on or I would have been relegated to the couch.

This place had everything we needed, loved the complimentary coffee and snacks. Enjoyed our stay, comfortable bed, and a short 10 minute walk to a bunch of great places to go.

The host was so nice and the place was well stocked. It felt like we were at home. Clean, plenty of towels, toilet paper, and little extras to make our stay cozy. It was also in a great location. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean! Excellent condo had everything we needed for a relaxing 3 night stay. Took fun day trips to Sleeping Bear, Leland, Old Mission Point. Cooked breakfast in kitchen, made sandwiches for picnics. Had a great time!!

We loved the condo - had plenty of room, a full kitchen, separate bedroom and own our covered parking spot. My only suggestion would be to have curtains in addition to the shades in the bedroom.

This place is so adorable and located within blocks of the town activities. We love to hike and ride bikes, so being a bit out of the crowded areas was perfect. The home is very clean and beautifully decorated. The host really understands their role to visiting vacationers. They had a nice selection of grab and go breakfast snacks as well as local coffee to share. They left a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. What impressed me the most was the simple fact there were extra towels AND paper products for us to grab if we ran out. This host does not lock up extras. If you need something, it is right their for your use. We have stayed at locations where these items were locked up. Leaving one roll of toilet paper for two adults is simply being super cheap. When you pay for three nights, there should be three rolls of paper. This is a second floor apartment with a staircase to climb to get to the living areas. It is well lit and easy to climb. We arrived and noticed the carpet had been stained. Not wanting to be blamed for the damage, we contacted the host immediately. The builders put in light colored carpet in an area that should simply be bare wood. The carpet has shoe stains from people who leave their soiled shoes on while climbing the stairs. No big deal. We love this place and will be back again. It is so close to the action, yet located in a super quiet part of town.

My hopes when renting is that the place will be clean, quiet and comfortable. This unit exceed our expectations. We will definitely stay here again.
