Two couples came to Flagstaff to see a friend preform at the Ophrem. We had a great weekend. The place is cute and well stocked. We had a little trouble figuring out the heaters but eventually got those going. The beds are very hard. One of our group loved them, the rest of us, not so much. Two nights was doable but I wouldn’t have been able to stay any more nights on those mattresses. I do suggest new mattresses.
Location was great, just a few minutes into town. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Check-in was a breeze as well. As check out there is a coffee pot in the unit but not a Keurig. I only mentioned that because I brought coffee pods and we had to go buy coffee.

We just stayed 1 night for a quick ski trip. Booking, check in and directions were seamless! The place is exactly what you see in the pictures. Very clean, great neighborhood! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. Spacious kitchen/living/dining area. The host is quick to respond and very friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Our family had a fantastic week staying here. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. Great location just a couple minutes from downtown. Also a perfect place to stay if you plan on doing the Polar Express! Joey was very attentive to our needs and fantastic to work with.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The cleanliness was immediately noticeable upon arrival. The garage provided ample space for parking, ensuring our car was safe and protected. Inside, the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom were not only spotless but also very comfortable, making our stay truly relaxing. A true home away from home with 2 comfortable bedrooms each with it's own ensuite, fully stoked kitchen, close to shops and downtown, would definitely stay here again when visiting Flagstaff. Joey was very attentive to our needs.

This is a great place. Two private separate bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The use of the garage was very convenient since the four of us were traveling with bicycles and gear. The host Joey, was very responsive to questions and any needs. We would stay here again!

***** - Five Star Review - This neighborhood was beautiful. The two bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. 5 minutes to NAU soccer fields. Owners were great and available! We don’t VRBO much but this was perfect for our family soccer weekend. I hate to leave such a great review as I really don’t want everyone to know how perfect this place really is. We loved our stay at this beautiful home. I appreciated that each bedroom was a master suite with their own attached bathroom. It’s located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and close to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Flagstaff.

Our party stayed two nights at this property and I would not hesitate to recommend. Two master suites fit our needs perfectly. While we didn’t cook on-site, the kitchen was well appointed. Very comfortable. Only possible issue would be for people with mobility limitations as the property is a basement unit that can only be reached by going down stairs or a steep paved walkway. Would absolutely stay again.

We found this place to be stylish,comfy, and very well maintained. The large square footage meant we could really spread out and relax. It is in a forested neighborhood and smells like pine. We enjoyed the cool summer air, but think it would be delightful in fall or winter (baking cookies around holidays in the wonderful kitchen).The hosts were friendly and fun to visit with. We recommend you choose this place for your Flagstaff stay!!!

The owner told us a couple days in advance that “there’s some cement work being done “….Not Major Construction! Upon arrival we discovered the entire backyard was dug up with workers and heavy construction equipment in the driveway and front yard. The apartment was nice but we couldn’t sit outside because of the noise and dust from the work being done.

I had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful place with my husband and another couple while we were in the area to see the Grand Canyon and other sights. It was fabulous! We loved that each of the two bedrooms had its own ensuite bathroom.
This place is located in a quiet neighborhood. Accessibility to Flagstaff is easy and quick. The Grand Canyon is a little over an hour away.
If I'm ever in the Flagstaff area again, I will definitely want to stay here! Joey is wonderful and communicates in a timely and effective manner.

House was perfect for our needs. Beds were firmer than I prefer, but everyone has a different opinion on beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Great stay!

This is our second time staying at this property. We love the location as it’s close to everything and in walking distance to a park where our kids can play. The house is clean, cozy and has everything we need! We hope to be back next year and continue this family winter tradition.

This apartment is attached to a lovely home in the Northern Arizona University area. The location is wooded with gently winding streets. A private garage is attached to the downstairs unit. We were pleased with the up to date decor and very comfortable beds. The unit was well stocked and had a washer and drier with laundry soap available. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were of good quality and attractive. The living room furnishings were also comfortable and nice looking with a smart TV. Two bedrooms held queen beds with firm mattresses and clean, crisp bedding. Each bedroom had a complete bathroom on suite. Again, supplies were plentiful. We were there after a snowfall and our youngest enjoyed playing outside. A coat and boot rack right inside the door was a nice touch. The location is within Flagstaff and close enough to the center of town to enjoy all it has to offer, but removed enough to be quiet and restful. We would definitely go back and do recommend this rental.

Property was very clean and provided many little extras. Very comfortable. It snowed about 7-8 inches and our driveway was plowed early so we could venture out. Location is very convenient, close to interstate and downtown.

Really cute little rental that is close to NAU, downtown Flagstaff and all the outdoor activities too. Nice having garage parking. A few little things, there were ants in the kitchen and on towels in bathroom. And most of the remotes didn’t work having corroded batteries. Owner was very responsive and even helped us when one of our cars was acting up. Thank you!

We arrived in the evening and felt it was a bit harder to find and not well lit where you enter the rental, we were pleasantly surprised once we entered. Very clean. comfy beds/couch, 2 master suites was great while we were sharing with another couple. I would definitely recommend!

It was a nice neighborhood and clean home. The owner communicated the backyard project prior to the stay so we were aware.

We enjoyed having the garage with door-opener. Beds were comfy, bathrooms large and well appointed. We are senior citizens but managed the stairs and the slope outside just fine.
The dish-washing instructions were a little confusing so we hand-washed as instructed, but would have preferred to run the dishwasher since it was there.
