We had 3 whole weeks at Nick and I must say it was super nice. We were two girls who were planning a city break, and are encountered by chance at the apartment of Nick. Even the booking inquiry was great. We were promptly answered every question. Also on site, our host was extremely helpful. The apartment itself was perfectly adequate for 2. It was clean, comfortable and the neighborhood was great. In the garden we had every night visit from raccoons, squirrels and the neighbor's cat. So you imagine a holiday. Thanks again to Nick and we would always like to come back to him.

We stayed there for a week and it was just amazing! Because we had 7 adults we rent the 3 bedroom suite and also studio apartment, they are both clean and comfortable. The location is little bit far from downtown but if it's not in winter should be okay. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Thank you for everything, we had a great time there!

This is a great apartment and we loved our stay here with our three kids. The apartment is within easy walk of a train or bus to the city; the supermarket and all you need is within an easy 5-10 minutes walk, plus walking 10 - 30 minutes will take you through two of the coolest shopping areas, and to the lake front / board walk, plus funky trams to the city. Wonderful! Parking right out front (off street). The apartment has everything you need to self-cater and relax with lots of room for all to spread out and have your own space. Nick is a fantastic host, excellent communication, easy transactions, great instructions and plenty of written advice on what to see and do. We highly recommend you stay at Nick's place!

This was a great place to stay in Toronto! The apartment looks like the pictures. Everything was clean. Mark, the tenant who lives downstairs, greeted us warmly and was available to answer any questions. Nick was very accommodating, answering phone calls and emails promptly. He let us check in earlier than our original arrival time. The apartment is in a really nice neighborhood-walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, stores, and restaurants. It's also a short walk to public transportation to get into the city. This was a fabulous place for 2 of us couples to stay in and to relax from our busy lives.

I was in the studio. It's an amazing place, very secured, very clean... Everything you can need is there. Instantly you feel at home Everything is nearby: 4 huge grocery stores, 2 tramway lines, a bus stop just outside... The neighborhood is really friendly and QUIET. No cars running mad, streets are very clean. I wish I never leave because for 3 months, it was really my home... If you have a place to rent in TO, stop thinking, it's the RIGHT ONE!

We had a fantastic stay at Nick's apartment! Nick was really easy to work with. He always gave me fast and great e-mail answers and he really took the time to explain and give extra customer service. As it was my first time renting though HomeAway I was a little nervous in the beginning. But Nick seemed so honest and genuine that he calmed me down and made me feel good about renting via HomeAway! We didn't even need to send him a security deposit! On arrival we payed Nick the balance of cash and he didn't even want all the money that we owed him!! Also he gave us good advice how to take a trip to Niagara Falls. Nick was really fantastic, our flight back was scheduled to 7.30 PM and check out time was actually 11.00 AM.. But Nick let us check out whenever we wanted to! That's really good service! I could go on writing this entire review only about Nick's hospitality.. The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood, very close to Shoppers World and Loblaws that are great places for grocery shopping. We visited during Halloween and it was very pleasant how all the houses on Pickering Street decorated their houses. Our neighbor had the best Halloween decorations and attractions! Even grown adults were scared of them! =) I also loved the eternal black squirrels what ran over the houses' yards! The unit is close to the streetcar which gives you a nice view when going towards the City. The Go Train, that is a faster option, is also nearby. The subway isn't either far away and I found the subway WAY faster and more efficient than the subway in my hometown, Stockholm, Sweden. The code lock to our door worked perfectly and was a great choice instead of keys! Nick had a lot of informative pamphlets of attractions and what else to do in and around Toronto and he also provided great suggestions! We didn't even have to go down to Mark and Serge (the guys downstairs) in any other matter than to say hello because everything in the apartment worked so good. Once, a fuse must have blown so the electric outlet didn't work but Nick provided immediate assistance giving us detailed instructions so we could easily and quickly fix it ourselves! If I ever come back to Toronto Nick's place is the only for me! You wont be disappointed! The price is also a true bargain for an apartment of this quality! We really enjoyed our stay in this studio. It was bigger than we would have imagined. It's a great place to visit Toronto, all you need is near. We recommend it. All was done to make us feel good. Next time we will go back there. Thanks for all Nick. It would have been great to meet you in person, but life decided otherwise, may be next time. Pass on a big hello to Mark and Serge.

Great area in upper beaches. Apartment very spacious but felt it needed a little tlc at the end of the season and on the sparce side. But good value for money and again great area and helpful owner.

I'd stay here again! My husband and I were travelling with 5 kids and the suite had plenty of room. It was clean and in great shape. It was very close to the GoTrain which was a bonus because we did not have to drive downtown and pay for parking etc. Great place!!

I'm from England travelling with my Wife and two teenage daughters and have travelled to many countries and many places within them. We stayed at Nick’s place (he’s that friendly this is how you think of it) for Christmas and New Year 2010 and I have to say it’s faultless. Even from the day we booked we have absolutely no complaints, as it says above, right place, right location, right owner.....I could go on right amenities etc etc. The location gives you access to basically everything from local shops/restaurants to easy access into Toronto whether that be by car, train, bus and onto easy access to road and rail networks to go further afield (we visited local shops, Toronto, Waterloo, Ottowa, Montreal, Algonquin Park to name just a few!!) The home itself is clean, comfortable, spacious etc, has all the home and creature comforts you will ever need, to give an example Air France managed to lose all our luggage (yes all) and we were still ok staying here!! And when I say Nick and the guys downstairs (Sergie and Mark) are great I mean it! They did everything they could to help out and make our stay as comfortable as they possibly could often well beyond the call of duty!! Nick acted as a contact for us with the Airline, the guys downstairs stayed up until gone midnight to welcome us and pass us the keys – and that was just for starters. Nick even brought us a Christmas gift and his own Christmas CD’s so we could feel at home! In a nutshell as I said above it’s “Right” – right everything, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Nick, everything was much appreciated.

From the moment I placed my booking with Nick he did all he could to ensure that my partner and I would have a stress free experience in immigrating Toronto. Not only was the apartment the most luxurious and comfortable place we have ever stayed, Nick himself went above and beyond to do all he could to assist us in settling into Toronto. He provided us with so much information and assistance and was such a support to us throughout the duration of our stay. It was a worry free transition having a comfortable place to stay the moment we arrived. Mark and Serge look after the apartment and do an excellent job in cleaning and the place was always pristine! They were also there to help us with any queries we had and we felt very safe knowing that good reliable people were looking after the apartment. The apartment itself is so spaceous, bright and very very comfortable. Its like home away from home. The apartment is also in an amazing location, close to the beach, great restaurants and pubs, and right beside the TTC to access any area of the city. We loved the area so much that we actually decided to rent a property of our own only two blocks away! You couldn't ask for a more perfect property rental in a more perfect location than this. We initially planned to rent this apartment for one month when we arrived in order to allow us enough time to settle in, but it was so nice that we decided to stay an extra month! We will be booking this property again in the future for our large families that come to visit because they will have a luxurious stay in this apartment and its a great price also! So trust me you won't be disappointed with this apartment if you chose it as your holiday rental. This is the one property that actually looks exactly as it does in the photos ( because trust me, other properties I have viewed online were nothing like they appreared in the photos, they were total dumps!). We stayed 3 nights in this charming appartment and really had a great time. The appartment is quite spacious, very comfortable and also quite clean. Parking direct in front of the house. The owner is fantastic - courteous, quick answers and very helping. Furthermore there's a great collection of helpfully information about the area in the appartment. Thanks for that and the hospitality. I can definitely recommend this appartment.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent in Toronto. The location is quiet and close to many stores which makes it very convenient. It was even more spacious than I thought! It was very nice and clean. I look forward to staying here again.

So i stayed in Nicks Studio for two weeks in the Summer. It was the best life decision that I made =). He is so courteous and is there to help at any time and i mean that.It was beautifully put together and is in one of the most convienient places that I have stayed, so close together and its worth your money!!!! Everything you could want is at yoir finger tips and getting around easily.He checked on me a couple of times to ensure I was ok and even came by to make sure everything was to my liking. I would totally recommend this to anyone, going away this is the place to stay. THANKS AGAIN NICK
