Only thing that was great was location

Bugs in the room Used bar of soap and shampoo Housekeeper left an envelope requesting a tip but the room was dusty and did not look clean Air conditioner was not working well Parking is limited and the ice machine was leaking all over the floor

- A great hotel for overnight stay - Very big room - Good breakfast, great outdoors pool - Small gym for a quick session

breakfast was late one morning, so we couldnt eat before we needed to leave for Arches entry time. Two different groups of kids stayed and they were VERY loud in the evenings.

Great room - the seating area within the room is a bonus and makes the stay more enjoyable. Clean comfortable room

The room was wonderful. Spacious and clean. The breakfast was very nice.

The small waffle iron didn't thoroughly cook the waffles. I ended up getting an upset stomach as a result. The front desk staff didn't remember a fee they were supposed to add. At first they couldn't find a package that was left for me & it ended up being right to the side of their front desk. Seemed a little casual & not 100% helpful.

The location was good. Close to restaurants and right on the main road. The staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was fine.

The water for the shower was barely warm no matter when we used it. It made taking a shower a cold, miserable experience. The pillows on the king-size bed were tiny and didn't fit the bed. In the morning, the smell of breakfast filled the whole hotel, even my room on the third floor, but not in a good way. It was smokey and greasy and made the room stink.

Just the fact that it was clean. The staff was great I truly felt appreciated.

The staff was great. And they even have bus parking for tour busses. Nice for travelers like me. I will recommend this location to all my co-workers out there. Looks brand new.
