Cross Hotel Sapporo

We had lounge access with our room and enjoyed the lounge/bar meet-and-greet area with our friends. The liquor was free (included with our room, actually), and there were small bites to eat. It was a nice place to socialize and plan for our next outings. We also enjoyed the breakfast offerings. Everything was fresh, and the area was kept clean. We didn't enjoy the Chinese tourists who pushed past us to get to the food. The staff were excellent at getting our bags shipped to the airport. They did everything that was necessary without a fuss and they were very careful to get all the information correct. They made it very easy for us to go on to our next destination. The rooms were cleaned on demand and the cleaning staff did a superb job. We're not slobs but they made our rooms feel fresh and clean. Thank you very much!

Hehe, didn't like the pushy Chinese tourists, but the Hotel can't help that. One thing, the three elevators will stop on Floor 2 even if no one presses the button on the inside.

The bathroom was very nice it didn’t feel like a closet. very clean.

We didn’t like the elevator always stopping on the second floor. We didn’t like the pillows.

We chose Cross Hotel because we had previously stayed at Cross Hotel Kyoto, but the two hotels are not really comparable. This property feels slightly older, and while the rooms and bathrooms were clean, they showed noticeable signs of wear. The onsen was a lovely added bonus.

We loved our stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo. The location was excellent, close to Sapporo Station and major attractions. Our room was stylish, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with wonderful city views. Friendly service, great facilities and a relaxed atmosphere made our stay especially enjoyable.
