The hotel room is spacious, modern, comfortable, clean, quiet, and relaxing. Just few minutes walk from central station station at high street location with great convenience to access to Sapporo by walk.

The location was very convenient close too public transportations- JR station, buses, shopping.
Room was clean and comfortable
There was no onsen at the hotel. Room was small. The city tax was kind of expensive on top of Vat tax that you already pay.

The size of room was good but the dividing wall meant the large bags couldn't be laid flat near the sleeping area. You could however place them near the entrance foyer. I liked the 3 levels of housekeeping options. Great shower. Lovely helpful staff. Free hot drinks 24/7. A welcome wine/saki drink.
Very good breakfast. In the photos it looked dark but the decor was fine and reception/seating area and restaurant were very nice. Great connections by public transport and amazing underground world!

Breakfast was excellent quality, head chef should be proud
Toilet paper is extremely thin and uncomfortable. I brought only 1 of my own toilet paper roll and the staff changed it when it was 30% used so I was rather frustrated to use the thin one. Bed and pillows are very hard
