Lovely park-view room directly opposite the historic former Hokkaido Government Office Building, within 5 minutes walk (also underground) to the station manageable even with luggage and the Japanese flair (building style).
There was a waiting time of ca. 30 minutes for breakfast but this was well-organized with the allocation of numbered tickets.

Nice lobby and close to Sapporo station
The room was way too small, challenging with two big luggage. The shower head was dirty!
