Very convenient. It is located at the station. Room was very nice on an upper floor. Buffet restaurant view was beautiful
I didn’t like that I had to pay extra for the bath. Also the staff was a bit unfriendly at the buffet. The construction next door was noisy as well.

It’s within a train station of Sapporo, ground floor east side or underground mall passageways by escalator. Location was so perfect.
Staff were all so professional and friendly, and good and quick check in check out.
They kept our extra luggage while we went to other cities by train, and when we came back, the suitcase was in our room already.
Their natural hot spring, onsen, no on 22nd floor, though it’s an additional charge, but worth it. You can go as many times as you like even on next morning and during afternoon, it provides Hokkaido fresh milk and ice cream bars for free.
Room had beautiful views! no need to go up some tower with fee.
Room had completely essentials, amenities, separated towels by 2 colors, spacious for our twin room.

The reception area was wonderful. Efficient and friendly check in.
Excellent location
The wait for a table at breakfast in the morning was annoying. I felt it was slightly manic and a canteen style unfortunately.
The room was slightly overpriced I felt and there was some unsightly construction views out of the window.
