The room was a good size and it was very nice.
Lack of biscuits in the room!!
It was a bit of a trek out of Brighton, but the buses were regular and Uber also worked.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was good and the water was hot. The towels were changed every day. There was a great view of the sea. The food in theThai restaurant was excellent. We were pleased to discover the free onsite car park. We were happy that there was a lift.
The room was very hot although the heating was not on. When the window was open the noise from the road was very loud, but we needed the window open because of the temperature.
The hotel plumbing was very loud. When nearby rooms were using the shower it felt like it was on in our bathroom

Room was large, clean and comfortable.

Location was perfect. Staff were really friendly and the family room was huge.
Breakfast was swimming in grease. I love a fry up but this made me feel ill as it was pure grease. The tables everywhere were so sticky! All the tables in the room were sticky and at breakfast. Must be a product they use but it made it feel dirty. The hotel is really tired and desperately needs updating. Not the staffs fault though, they were kind and helpful but I don’t think we’d stay again.
