The £7.00 parking was a shock and not a good one , if they have to charge you stay it should tell when you stay
I had read that the car could stay for £7 a night whilst we away which is fair but we had paid to stay the car parked in there car park should of been in with the price seen as we’re spending the night there

It was very convenient for our visit destination on the outskirts of Southampton. Car park right at hotel. These are the reasons we booked it.
The room was a bit tired and felt run down. The “sofa” was well worn and there were dark marks on the carpet. The car park. I knew we had to pay for the privilege of using it but not at reception. It is apparently owned by another business so you have to go outside (in the dark and poorly lit entrance area) and use a machine to pay. You should be able to do this inside.
