Great staff, very friendly! Great location! Walking distance to shopping, pubs and restaurants! Breakfast was great in the mornings and drinks great in the evenings!

The staff and overall utility and comfort of the place is great. It's very nice to have the bar and lounge right downstairs, and it's a very comfortable place to hang out. Efficiency of room was quite good. Location was very good for walking into town or hanging out in the park or going to waterfront to watch the cruise ships.
A little "Tilex" in the bathroom would go a long way - mold/mildew on ceilings is unpleasant. The raw cement slab over the loft bed should be re-grouted and sealed - it does from time to time drop material on the bed (hate to have it drop in my eyes or mouth while sleeping) - it's a cool aesthetic, but somewhat impractical - easy enough to "finish".

Nice staff, good location
Creaky beds, confusing power switches, a backed up shower drain that prevented showering, and that no one cared to ask how my stay was when I checked out, but they didn’t hesitate to ask for a good review.
