I wasn’t there very long but after a hard day’s travel, arriving to my room was a treat. The view of the harbor, the modern shower, and the comfy bed were just what I needed. I capped it all by having dinner at The Jetty. It was perfection. They even accommodated my request for a dessert to go. Staff at the restaurant were attentive but not obtrusive. Five stars for the property!
I wish I had planned a longer stay!

Speedy check in despite Southampton FC arriving at the same time ,I was unwell on arrival and staff couldn’t do enough for me in the HarBar getting honey to go in my fruit tea and then checking back in on me at dinner to see if I felt better
Staff so attentive you feel you are really being looked after more so in HarBar than reception although they were friendly.
Everywhere was clean and tidy and smelt amazing all the time
Although we loved the stay, the room let it down ever so slightly
We had a big red stain on the carpet
The door in the bathroom has some water damage and it just painted
Some broken tiles etc
The sink was draining very slowly
There was complimentary gin on the table but we aren’t drinkers so a soft option would have been welcomed

Beautiful location and views. Very clean room.
The fact it cost over £500 a night and I had to pay parking and also extra for breakfast.
I requested my room to be made up as a twin, twice. Both times agreed by the hotel. This was not implemented.
There was no extraction in the bathroom.
The sauna was broken in the spa.
