CRC 2107 - Ground Floor Pool View Condo
Ce condo au premier étage avec vue sur l'océan est joliment aménagé et confortable. Il est entièrement équipé avec un lit king dans le maître, la Reine dans la chambre d'invité et des jumeaux dans le nid des corbeaux. La vue sur la cour et la piscine est merveilleuse et la vue sur l'océan est aussi spectaculaire. Il a un très grand patio, parfait pour la cuisine en plein air, etc. Cette unité a une vue avec votre propre patio privé. Profitez de l'immense piscine extérieure en bord de mer, du jacuzzi et de la piscine Kiddie, de la piscine intérieure, du sauna, des courts de tennis et du club de santé.

Colony Reef is our go-to in St. Augustine. This was our second time in this unit. Its location is fabulous, close to the pool and boardwalk. The beds are comfortable (although the pillows leave something to be desired). The kitchen is mostly prepared for cooking, although we needed to bring pot holders and kitchen towels. It’s a great unit. We did have a slight problem that took a few days to remedy, but the management was on top of it.

The rooms are great at a good price. They have great views of the ocean and great amenities including indoor and outdoor pools plus a hot tub.

This is our second year going to Colony reef. The property is very nice and well kept. The middle yard is very good for kids to play. The playground is in great shape. Pool and hot tub very clean. Pool isn’t heated but pairs well with the hot tub. Unfortunately the AC in our condo was broken most of the week but the maintenance staff did everything they could to keep us comfortable and accommodate us.Our unit itself was a little outdated but was clean and served its purpose. I liked the ground floor and location to pool and playground were great.
