Beach Albatros Aqua Park - Hurghada

Bel établissement en bord de mer avec de nombreuses attractions pour les enfants. L’hôtel porte bien son nom les piscines sont adaptées pour les petits et les grands. Plusieurs restaurants dans le complexe et même une boulangerie/café ça c’est top. Nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre familiale vu mer c’était top et beaucoup de place en étant 4 avec un bébé. Le personnel est souriant et sympathique. Réactif lorsque l’on a un problème. Petit récif de corail dans l’hôtel top pour le premier snorkling des enfants.

Peu de changements au niveau des buffets restaurant on mange la même chose toute la semaine. Dommage que les infrastructures toboggan et piscine enfants ferment entre 13-15h (surtout piscine enfant). Il y avait pas mal de travaux à la plage et au parc aquatique (construction d’un nouveau toboggan) donc énorme nuisance sonore. Nous aurions apprécié le savoir durant la réservation. Transat réservé dès le matin malgré l’indication que c’est interdit. Système de bracelets couleur pas toujours clair pour le personnel on c’est parfois vu refuser le service…

Everything was amazing, the food was great, the Animation Team amazing work shout out to Ronaldo at the Animation Team bravo keep up the good work! The Staff, they were very helpfull the manager Hamad thank you, Latifa thank you also for caring that everything is ok so nice people. And also a very big big thanks to Ayberk! This man is amazing, for checking in that everything is ok, so positiv, so helpfull in every way possible! We had many conversations with him always so positiv and caring. Im hoping he will get a raise for his salary for what work he does. Beach Albatros thank you for everything we will come back again this was our 5 time here! Keep up the good work!

One thing that I didnt like was the reservations at the Beach. It says NO RESERVATIONS but still there is no good organisation there watsoever. People have to go up early like 5 AM the get a seat there thats not normal and then the people who came at 5 AM to get a seat doesnt show up until 11 AM or 1 PM it was horrible. Please make a change, because of this you will lose good customers!

-you have to wake up at 6 am so you can reserve a place at the beach before breakfast. -poor buffete , refill issue specially at busy days -women bathrooms are cleaned by men staff, so out of a sudden there is a male in the bathroom cleaning which is completely unacceptable and inappropriate. -beach is very small comparing to hotel capacity, in busy days its a disaster -the aqua park is shared with Albatros palace -In the waterpark you have to get the floater you will ise in the park, which will make you completely exhausted . All other waterparks i visited before doesn’t work like that -Chinese restaurants doesn’t serve chines food at lunch only dinner -the hotel is not a quite place for relaxation, i don’t think i will visit you again .
