We were visiting Tallinn for the first time and because of our hotel, the entire experience was fantastic. We were warmly greeted and were given many amazing recommendations for food and things to see. Our room was very clean and comfortable as well.
The hotel is perfectly located in old town and you can access everything within a 5 minute walk. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else, so impressed!

I'll have to research to give any bad or negative feedback.
From the staff welcoming us and making sure we were comfortable with our questions and need met. The only thing I can say is our experience was "SUPERB".
