Rooms are well equipped and cleaned daily to a very high standard. The hotel staff are excellent and helpful. They all speak great English. The hotel is nice and quiet and restaurants served good quality food. Food is on the expensive side. You can book day trips directly from the hotel via a tour guide desk. I booked 2 days trips. One to Ha Long Bay, Leona cruise. One to Minh Binh. They were 5 star trips with private transport. All in all a very good experience.

This is our second visit and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Hanoi. The hotel, service and food was superb. We will return again.

I had such a nice weekend at the Intercontinental. I got in late and they upgraded me to an overwater room. After a long day of travel, it was so nice to relax there.
