The location of this hotel was excellent, close to a train station and within walking distance to several major attractions but what made this hotel really shine was that they provided easily the best customer service we have experiences during our many travels. We stayed for 4 nights and the staff, under the leadership of Uktan during the day and Majid after 3 PM went out of their way to make us feel at home and help us get the most out of our stay in Istanbul. Shortly after check-in Majid scheduled a personal orientation to familiarize us with the city with daily follow ups to help us get around and enjoy the best the city has to offer. Upon returning to the hotel we were always warmly welcomed and offered complementary tea or lemonade. They arranged for transfers to and from the airport, connected us with an excellent tour guide for our first full day and booked a great dinner cruise for us our second night. These two gentlemen and their colleagues made our stay truly memorable.

Located in a nice area with lots of shops and restaurants. Also very conveniently near the metro and tram station. The property was very nice and the service was 5 star!
