Dear Vacationers,
We are pleased to introduce our 2-room apartment (48 m²).
The west-facing apartment on the mezzanine level is easily accessible even without the elevator and is ideal for up to 4 people.
On the covered west-facing balcony, you can, for example, enjoy the afternoon sun or watch the activity on the dike.
At the nearby beach access point “Steinmarner Freibad,” right in the field in front of the beach snack bar “Dühne2,” beach chair M137 is available free of charge to our guests during the peak season from May 1 to September 30 each year.

Sofa bed that converts to a double bed with a full-size mattress (170 cm x 200 cm sleeping surface), illuminated media wall with a 40-inch LED TV, 2.1 home entertainment system with radio, Blu-ray, DVD, CD, iPod, and USB playback capabilities, game collection and CD/DVD selection, dining area with Loom armchairs for up to 4 people, ottoman.
Bedroom:
Double bed at standard height (180 cm x 200 cm, box spring), closet with sliding doors, 32-inch LED TV, private access to the balcony.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and egg cooker.
Bathroom:
Walk-in shower (100 cm x 80 cm), 3D mirror cabinet, wall-mounted toilet, towel warmer, hair dryer, makeup mirror, wall cabinet, radio, tiled shelves.
General:
Blackout curtains (providing excellent light blockage) in the living room and bedroom, safe, entryway closet with full-length mirror and bench, storage room with wall closet and shoe rack.
Covered parking space in the underground garage.

The Residenz Hohe Lith, comprising four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entrance height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).
Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Free Wi-Fi internet access in all vacation apartments.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays is between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
