For the best days of your year, a quiet, high-quality vacation apartment awaits you on the 3rd floor, featuring a large balcony, proximity to the beach, and an elevator. With approximately 51 m² of space, it comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.
BEDROOM
The bedroom features a 200 cm x 200 cm bed from which you can enjoy a lovely little view of the Wadden Sea as soon as you wake up. The furnishings are custom-made by a carpenter, combining modern and romantic styles:
* Cozy double bed with adjustable slatted frames
* Spacious built-in closets
* Stylish, romantic decor
* Flat-screen TV (81 cm)
* Blackout pleated blinds
LIVING/SLEEPING ROOM
The large, bright living/sleeping room with a comfortable double sofa bed offers all the amenities you need to relax and feel at home:

The Residenz Hohe Lith, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).
Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Free Wi-Fi internet access in all vacation apartments.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM
