It’s a lovely property with very comfortable rooms. I’m a picky pillow person, and the pillows and bed were truly perfect—a rare find!
Nothing!

So comfortable and with such a wonderful location...good thing or the bed would draw you in and you would never leave! The staff are friendly and thoughtful, it is easy to get anywhere in the city, and the neighborhood is quiet but with its own charm and wonderful things to offer (esp. food!)

Close to many sites, restaurants, stores, etc. was clean, staff was great; helpful and friendly. beds were comfortable
Would have liked extra towels and additional blanket, Bathroom needed a new trash can but these are small things considering our overall appreciation of the facilities

Hotel is great - it's my third time staying at the hotel and after the renovations it's even better now
I have requested a bigger room after I stayed in a smaller/standard and larger rooms at this hotel before. My request was acknowledged but then completely ignored and I was given an even smaller room than the last time. My room was so tiny that I couldn't even fit my clothes in the wardrobe and the bathroom was as if it's made for a child. When I have asked at the reception for a bigger room they were unaware of my request I sent before and did not offer a bigger room.

"L’accueil excellent, personnel serviable et réactif.
La mise à disposition gracieuse du café et des fruits le matin et l’apéro le soir sont appréciables et agréables."
