Location, most staff. Manager who helped us with our cockroaches situation.
Cockroaches in room, manager was very accommodating and did upgrade us to a suite for our last few nights. We were there for a week.
We were there for a week. It would’ve been nice to have some variety in the morning breakfast throughout the week. Everyday it was the same.

Staff amazing. A boutique hotel. Historic. Comfortable hotel. Small by New York standards. Felt like home. No kitchen but a bar and plenty of places to eat locally. No problem. For me and my wife it was just perfect.
Nothing. It was a very nice place to stay.

Good location
Dirty water coming from shower apparently due to construction in the area

Nice location and should be a fine hotel for hanging around new york
Our room had a connecting door, we heard every breath of the mates near us, totally no privacy, other than that as most new york hotels it's quite old and it's seen and felt
