محتاج بعض الصيانه

كل شيء جميل و مريح و نظيف و مرتب، حتى الموقع ممتاز جدًا، بعيدٌ كفايةً عن الصخب و لكن المسافة للبكيرية أو رياض لخبراء ليست بعيدة

العامل (النحيف) غير مريح أبدا و مزعج جدا و يطلب المال بصورة ملحة و غير مريحة طلبنا منه الباقي فرفض في البداية و عندما ألحيت عليه و انزعجت قال بعدين، مررنا عليه و احنا طالعين مشوار حاول يرجع جزء بسيط من المبلغ بصورة بجحة و ألحيت عليه يرجع كامل المبلغ فرمقني بنظرة غير مريحة أبدا طوال فترة وجودنا خارج الشاليه كنا في قلق شديد أن يأخذ شيء من أغراضنا أو ينتقم بأي طريقة ، أبدا غير مريح ولا يليق بالمكان

The staff was helpful and friendly. The place was clean and comfortable. The ambience was great.

The bathroom needs some maintainance. The kitchen needs a working oven and some utensils. The children's play area needs to be rust-free.

Location was great and a nice break from the city, peaceful and the garden areas + pool were lovely although wasn't informed of any catering on site (breakfast or restaurant facilities)

Had to do some work during my stay and the lack of WIFI wasn't ideal.

Cottage setup with private pool and lawn.

Not at all professional staff except for the manager who was cooperative. There were insects inside the cottage and for every single need had to call the support staff multiple times. They were kind of reluctant and unprofessional. Only when I went upset with the management sudden change was noticed.
