Conveniently located close to the CBD.

Super location and room set up was perfect for us and my daughter,partner and baby.
Felt really happy on the rainy day we arrived to be able to have earlier access and unload all the luggage instead of charting it around.

Excellent location within easy walking distance to beautiful parks and the centre of town.

Tram runs very close to accommodation.
Very little room to put suitcases.
Some of the permanent residents parked in the driveway which made it difficult to enter and leave the property.
The street numbering is a little confusing.

Really nice multi-level well equipped town house. Balcony facing the street and small hard paved garden at rear. Loved our stay here, short walk into Christchurch and the restaurants on The Terrace.
Not sure how good the sound insulation is between houses. When we were quiet the TV next door was easily heard. Wouldn't want any party animals next door!

Good location and a very nice house.
The bed was very soft, and the toilet extract fan did not work.

Location was great but difficult to find late at night as there is no signage out the front of the property.
No strre number or property name visible from the road.

Quiet spacious apartment, easy walk to city center and close to Botanic gardens.
Main bedroom bed sagged at edges. Uneven/lumpy cushions on lounges. Toaster only cooked on one side.

more place settings needed as the unit holds 6 and there we’re only enough for 5 settings, rubbish bins downstairs needed to be emptied, not sure how long they had been sitting there. A hand-whisk of some sort is needed in kitchen.Driveway always had vehicles parked under archway, making it unsafe when driving in/out, despite there being a sign about no parking there.
The twin beds were actually bunks, not the best for older person, but we survived.
The unit was hard to fine at night when we arrived as there is no 30 on fence, as units are tucked behind 28.

The location is super good. It's close to a tram stop and the city center.
The bathrooms are beautiful and practical.
The sofa is not that comfortable, the seat cushion is uneven.
It would be great if there's a digital TV with Netflix available.
We rent a Toyota Camry and the garage is a bit too short for it.

Even with the aircon on, the top story was far too hot. was impossible to cool down unfortunately which made sleeping challenging.
