Went with family and had a great time staying here! Breakfast was really nice and rotates daily with a variety of local favourites! The staff were so friendly and assisted us over our entire stay! They were patient and helpful and my parents really liked them!! Thank you so much for this amazing trip

Me and my friend stayed there for 3 nights. We got 2 rooms and they were both big, nice and very clean with big bathroom, hot shower. The staffs were very happy and helpful with any travel interest. We are happy to recommend this hotel to everyone

Staff are rery friendly , warm and accomodating. Room is nice and clean. Location is very accessible to all, center of Hanoi Old Quarter. Foods are palatable and good. Neighboorhood is safe and quite. Wifi connectivity is fast and easy to access.

Stay at the hotel is great! Staff is very friendly and helpful! The location is excellent where most of the well-known street food shops are in walking distance and a lot of souvenir shops/travel agencies around. The street is not noisy at night . Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with variety of choices. Good value for money! Definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Hanoi!

Entrée triste petit déjeuner insuffisant

The service at the Hanoi Lheritage Diamond was superb. The team looked after us through our three days with them, they even arranged a cake for my sons birthday during the Halong bay cruise and upon our return they had decorated our room and left cakes for my wife’s birthday a really nice touch. The staff were very knowledgable on restaurants and things to do in and around Hanoi. The hotel is well located on the edge if the old quarter and close to the attractions. The rooms were very clean everything worked so we’re well worth the money we paid. I would definitely recommend the royal to anyone coming to Hanoi.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location with an absolutely lovely crew of people working there. We were in and out of Hanoi in Jan 2024 and spent a total of 2 nights at the Hanoi Lheritage Diamond,Hotel is nice. Would definitely go back. Thanks and love to Martin and Sabi.

Location is excellent. Breakfast is good except that staff forgotten to serve upon taken order of the egg.

Staffs at the front desk were fantastic, always be happy and smiling, very helpful. The room was quiet, huge array to choose for breakfast, including a large variety of fruit. Hot shower,good location.would stay at this hotel again. Thank you

This was an excellent place to stay, was really easy to book and communication was easy with staff, it is a great location in old quarter, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and affordable prices. We had a grand suite balcony room. Thank you Martin and staff.

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Very clean, decent breakfast and helpful staff. There are loads of hotels in Hanoi, so it is hard to choose, but I am glad I stayed there. Great location and reasonably priced. Will definitely stay there again when I come back to Hanoi.

The breakfast was great as was the location We all enjoyed a wonderful massage in the spa. We were so well taken care of by the staff special mention to Sabi who went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

The service was amazing, they helped us celebrate a birthday! Everyone was so welcoming . The breakfast was delicious and it is well positioned to enjoy Hanoi! We got multiple recommendations to go to amazing restaurants and cafes. They allowed us to leave our luggage here for safe keeping which was extremely helpful!Beds were so comfy & the rooms are spacious. There is also a lovely restaurant with great views

Amazing service, I especially appreciated Sabi going out of her way to make my staff very comfortable. She is the best and I will return. She assisted with taxi, restaurants and overall suggestions on where to visit in hanoi. The remaining staff were also good

Great Location- close to markets, lake & puppet theatre. The main asset is the lovely friendly staff who were so helpful - they helped with restaurant recommendations & directions. Beds were so comfy & the rooms are spacious. There is also a lovely buffet breakfast with great views.

The hotel is an excellent boutique hotel conveniently located in the Old Quarter near most of the main sights in Hanoi.Delicious breakfast buffet with both western and local food choices. Sabi at the front desk also helped to arrange for two rickshaw/pedicab to take us on a 2 hr tour around Hanoi and helped to avoid the hassle of me trying to figure out how to negotiate with drivers to take us around town. SHe also helped to arrange for us to have puppet show tickets at will call. There was no hesitation to help answer questions and provide 4 star service. It made for a memorable and very comfortable trip to Hanoi.

Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Great location in old town. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Rooms are charming and comfortable. Breakfast is really good! The hotel has a great boutique atmosphere. Has a French inspired decor and really looks nice.

Very luxurious and amazing staff. Wonderful buffet breakfast . I loved the location as it is central to most sights you want to see. Definitely a hotel I would stay at again.

The hotel is in the perfect location to explore the old city and lake. We arrived on a Sunday evening week before Christmas, which was great as the streets were filled with people out and about enjoying the Christmas lights at the church, and the roads around the lake were closed to traffic for people to walk around. The hotel staff spoke perfect English and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We had issues with a leak in our room and they dealt with it immediately and moved us to another (better) room instantly. We also used the taxi service from the airport that was organised by the hotel which was only a little more expensive that what was quoted on Grab.

The hotel is quite tired, and carpets old. We originally had a triple room on the second floor which was tiny and there wasn’t any space between the beds. There was a window but as it opened up to an alley the room did not receive any natural light. To be fair to the hotel, when booking they did advise us to get a Family Room instead, which is two separate with an a private corridor. I still do not feel there should be 3 beds in a room of that size. The cleaning trolley gets stored in the hallway of the second floor, directly outside the Family Room. This wasn’t an issue but was just unexpected. Please also note that from the second floor you can hear people reception early in the morning. After a huge leak in the ceiling of our bathroom we were moved to a suite at the front of the building on a higher floor which received a lot more light and felt a little more spacious. In both rooms we stayed in we experienced hearing water travelling down the pipes from upper floors through boxing in the walls - this couldn’t be heard if the bathroom doors were shut.

The location is centralized in Hanoi ,easy accessible to many place.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Old Hanoi. A perfect base for exploring. Beautifully decorated - I loved the big bathtub in the bathroom - in modern yet traditional style. Exceptional staff, courteous, professional, efficient and charming. Thank you Martin, Sabi, Jame for all your help. Very comfortable bedroom and excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.

We spent only one night here but the staff couldn’t perform any better. Especially Martin, Sabi, they remained professional at all times, always was observing and kind to us. They introduced us to a special kind of Vietnamese coffee though. The hotel rooms are clean and very comfortable. Facilities are great and the hotel is located in the heart of the old quarter. We will return!

This place is very clean and staff is very hospitable and friendly and always smiling Sabi and james looked after us. They made the best omelette on the terrace bar along with other local cuisine like fresh soupy noodles. In all very positive experiences

This was definitely value for Money in the busiest part of the Old town. It is close to the lake and restaurants . The Bedrooms were nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of choice and very good. We booked a city tour with Martin which we booked through the hotel - definitely recommend this! He is excellent, knowledgeable and took us all of the key areas of interest.

An absolute treat of a hotel that really takes care of their guest like family. I am so grateful for the staff at this hotel as they exceeded expectations on on all fronts. Ms Sabi was extremely helpful and helped organise an amazing tour at ha long bay for us. They take care of you as a guest at this hotel as she even gave us her number to text her on our status for our safety even though it was her day off( it was our first time in vietnam). I am also extremely grateful to Mr Martin who helped me in a time of need. I had an small accident in vietnam and he personally drove to the pharmacy to get me some medication. That alone speaks volumes about this hotel and the quality of the staff and service. Everyone was extremely friendly and we were simply blown away.

Even though I checked out 2 days before, they kept my luggage for free during walking around Hanoi, which was very helpful. I was also able to take a shower. Martin and James are very very kind staffs. I love this hotel. I Will use this hotel next time.

Great location, walkable distance from most places in Old Quarter. The staff including Sabi and James were very helpful, they gave us local food recommendations and would help you with day tours if needed.The room was also comfortable, breakfast was really good. We would recommend a short stay here, given how wonderful the staff were, the location, the breakfast.
