Everything was extra comfortable and very clean. The spa bath was a bonus as well as the Sjerry in the room and the electric blankets. Very modern look. I loved it

No clear instructions or indication of where to check in or out. Was called by the host in the morning, only for them to hang up without saying anything. Very poor customer service.

it was very comfortable, and sparkly clean - the hostess was extremely kind and went out of her way to ensure my stay was as good as possible and her staff were very friendly and I will certainly be returning there again.

I really like how cosy the room was and the location aswell, it was was a relaxing and peaceful. The hosts ensured that we were comfortable and all our needs were attended to immediately. They were very friendly and went the extra mile for us, we are really thankful.
